Day 12 Update

Weight: 183.0 (+6.5)

Worked chest/tri's yesterday and had an awesome workout. As you can see weight has gone up a little more. It seems like it stays steady for a couple days then bounces up. I also set a PR in bench so I know my strength is really coming up. Sleep was pretty good last night didn't have any trouble with sweating. It seems like I'm starting to lean out a little. I feel like I'm getting bigger, yet leaning out at the same time.

Food has been ok I feel like a was a little lower than I would have liked to have been on my food intake yesterday. I have been taking in a lot of water however, I am going to try to get a little more in.

Dosed 2 caps at 9 am and 1 cap at 2:30 pm.

I have had some pain in my back. It doesn't feel like pumps though. It's more like a pain in my left side. Not sure if it's my kidney or what so I am going to up my water intake and start taking some taurine.
 
nice sets on bench man, especially for your weight. now im gonna have to try a few sets of 5 tonight on the bench. ill be aiming to beat your numbers! ha ha! i wont be setting any PR's but oh well. looking good man! your strenght has went up quite a bit from the beginning
 
Yeah I can definitely tell some difference in the strength department. I was pretty happy with PR I'm pretty sure I could have gotten at least one more rep but I didn't have a spot so I didn't wanna push it.
 
Day 13 Update

Weight: 183 (+6.5)

Worked back/bi's yesterday and had a solid workout and the pumps were insane! Weight has continued to stay steady at 183 for the last few days. Sleep has been good and the sweating in my sleep has stopped for last couple of nights. Really seems like I'm starting to lean out a tad.

Back pain continued yesterday but I am glad to report that at this moment it is much better. Other than a couple of zits more than normal, and back pain, no sides.
 
Day 14 Update

Weight: 183 (+6.5)

Day 14 was my second off day of the week so I just enjoyed a much needed day off. I've been feeling really good lately and the back pain has completely gone away. Lethargy comes and goes but it's not been a problem. Overall everything has been going good and I'm glad I can get back in the gym today. Off days are never any fun.
 
Day 15 Update

Weight: 184 (+7.5)

Day 15 was chest/tri's workout. Had a pretty solid workout along with some great pumps. Workout was good along with a lot of intensity. Weight has gone up another pound so I am pleased with that. Hopefully it can continue to go up and I can get around to the 190 mark! Had lots of trouble getting to sleep but I took my last dose way late because once again I left my last dose at home when I left for class. I was pretty ticked off. lol

Food was good could have been higher but I'm over 500 above maintenance so I'm not too disappointed. Calorie intake was right around 3400-3500.

Dosed 2 caps at 9 am and 1 cap at 5 pm

Had a another good bench day and hoping I can get my bench up to 315 like I've been wanting to for a long time now.

Day 15 Update

Weight has jumped up a little more again. Worked back/bi's yesterday and hit em pretty hard. Workouts have been really good lately. Intensity has been good and focus is great. While I'm in the gym lifting I feel like there isn't a weight in the room that I can't push. Pumps were good but didn't seem like they last as long as normal. Lethargy has kicked back in but it's not too bad though.

Food intake was alright still a tad lower than I'd like it to be but I've been real busy lately.

Day 17 Update

Weight: 183.2

Had the day off so didn't do much but eat and relax some. Weight has gone down a little more I am beginning to wonder why it continues to slowly decrease. Food intake has been the same as it always has. I have been taking in at least 500 cal over maintenance. I did notice this morning that I did look a little leaner in the mirror. So hopefully I am just starting to lean out a little. It seems like I've gotten bigger since I started the cycle and I can't wait to take some measurements. I actually saw some family last weekend and my cousin said it looked like I was bigger than when they saw me the week before!

Libido might be down a little. Not really sure if it's down or just back to normal but I don't think it is where it was a week ago.

Day 18 Update

Weight: 183.2 (+6.7)

Had another great workout in the gym yesterday and set another PR in bench! Weight has stopped dropping and is steady at 183 now. Workout was good and had plenty of intesity. Sleep has been pretty good but seems like I am struggling to fall asleep when I go to bed. It seems like I'm really tired between like 4-7 pm and then when it's time to go to sleep i'm not as tired lol. My sleep patterns have always been off whack so I doubt its anything to worry about. Pumps have been good but not like they were in week 2. Hunger is still going pretty good some days i'm more hungry than others. Everything else has been going well other than a little lethargy here and there.

PR in bench was 270x5. Last PR was 260x5 so as you can see strength is deffinitly up through the roof!

Food was a little lower than I'd like it to be but still well above maintenance.

keep it up man. im getting a little lethargy in my havoc cycle too, but overall.. im up 10lbs on the end of week 4. your caloric intake is a bit low for the demands of running a cycle in my opinion. i cant seem to eat enough and im right around the 4000 cal mark per day. how many weeks are you running for? id say on your last week, up the dosage and calories big time and finish with a bang!
 
I agree I would deffinitly like to get my calorie intake up but I've been so busy with school and everything. I am running a 5 week cycle. I start my last two weeks monday. I am really going to try to get my intake up for the last two weeks. So hopefully I can finish up solid I know strength has gone up for sure and I'm pretty sure I've put some size on my chest and arms. Looking forward to getting some measurements when the cycle is over!
 
yeah dont take my critiscm personally though. your log shows fantastic results, especially if your a hard gainer. it took me 5 years to get my diet correct and i still struggle with it from time to time. basically eating becomes a chore... not a pleasure...
 
Day 19 Update

Weight: 183.6

Weight has continued to slowly start to increase again. Had a solid workout where I worked my back/bi's yesterday. Had a good deal of intensity despite being very tired. Pumps were good but it seems like they haven't been as good as they were a week and half ago.

I am really going to focus on my food intake for the final two weeks of my cycle. I am really going to try to keep my calorie intake right at 1000 over maintenance.

Sides aren't bad at all. I have experienced some lethargy and minor acne but it's not been horrible or anything. I am up 7lbs so far so I would imagine The One could get you to 180 with some hard work! Things have gone really well so far I really like this stuff. Strength has definitely gone up so I really think you would enjoy running The One.

What lemke28 said, the sides are minimal during The One.. I haven't experienced lethargy but I had some minimal Acne. As long as you drink a lot of water, eat a lot, get nice sleep, train hard and do not drink alchohol, your gains will be nice without having to cope with terrible sides.

During my PCT my libido went way down, I had to recover about 1-2 weeks. During PCT I burned a lot of fat but still no muscle losses :) My system is now 100% and I'm loving The One :D

Tip: Creatine and extra vitamins during The One, a tribulus during 2nd Gear.

Weight: 184.2

Had day 20 off so just relaxed and watched some football. Weight has continued to go back up so I'm pretty happy about that. Lethargy is still around and hunger is still up a little more than before I started the cycle. My recovery time has been really good so far which is always nice. Vascularity is still insane I've never been like this in my life, I love it!

Food intake was right around 3400-3500 cals

off course NeoVar as Creatine and Drive is off course better dan a tribulus. I didn't have a lot of money this time :P :P :P but to back up The One is always good :D
 
Day 21 Update

Weight: 185.0 (+8.5)

Day 21 consisted of working chest/tri's. Had a good workout but didn't feel as much energy as normal. However, workout was still a good one, it just didn't seem like it was as good as last monday's chest/tri workout. On a different note, weight is back up and i've finally got to the 185 mark! Hoping I can squeeze out 5 more lbs before I'm done but not looking like that is going to be possible.

I say finish the 5 weeks.. some extra lethargy vs some extra gains. we have a winner: some extra gains!

Most gains on The ONE are made in the first 3 weeks, so running for only 5 weeks may not make a lot of difference. You could just run until you finish the bottle, whether that ends up being 4 or 5 weeks. In the end it's really entirely up to you.

Day 23 Update

Weight: 184.6

Worked legs yesterday in the gym. Had a good workout and I can really tell a difference of strength with my legs. Since legs have always been a weak point for me, I've hit them really hard during this cycle. Weight has gone back down so I'm thinking it's peaked at a little over 185 which is alright considering it is up nearly 10lbs. Food intake has been pretty good as well.

Lethargy has still been around along with a little more acne than normal.

Had yesterday off from the gym. Weight has started to go back down again. Lethargy still has been bothering me but nothing horrible. Only a few days left on cycle and only 1 more day in the gym. Sleep has been good lately and I haven't had a problem with sweating anymore. Vascularity is still up and I just wish I could stay like this forever! Overall I've been happy with my cycle so far and looking forward to seeing what gains I can keep through PCT.

Day 25 Update

I wasn't sure If my scale was just off or what but for some reason weight jumped back to up to 185. Anyways, do to a busy schedule today I finshed up my week yesterday with a chest/back/arms day. I didn't want to have to miss todays workout but I had no choice. So i incorporated the two workouts into one yesterday. It was a good workout and pumps were still good. Vascularity is still up but it doesn't seem like it's as high as it was a few days ago. Strength is still up and looking forward to maxing out soon. Seems like libido has gone down a little so I'm kind of curious to see if it continues to drop when I start my PCT.

Looks like your back has gotten a little wider (i.e. waist looks smaller in post-pic) and some more fullness in chest. Could be the angle that your arm pic was taken on, but post looks harder and slightly bigger.

Thanks Rosie...I think it might be the angle from which the picture was taken but I do know that my arms and chest did grow I forgot to mention that in the above post.
 
I forgot to add in my new measurements with my post cycle pictures.

Chest: start-41.5 finish-42

Arms: start 15 finish 15.5

Legs: start 22.5 finish 23.5

As you can see I added a half inch to my chest and arms. I also added 1 inch to my legs. I am looking forward to maxing on bench to see how much my bench actually went up.
 
here's what I see:

Biceps:the peak on your biceps looks a little bigger and the vain on you biceps is more obvious.
Chest: is a little bigger and more round.
Shoulders: the front and back delt is bigger, without a doubt.
Belly: looks like you burned a bit of fat
Traps: nice, looks bigger.
Back: at the front I see lats wider than they were.

PCT Week 1 Update

So I've been extremely busy over the last week but I wanted to give an update on how PCT has gone so far. My weight has stayed steady at 183. However, I haven't been feeling all that great lately and i'm not sure if i'm getting sick or what. I've had some killer headaches and they seem to get worse everytime I get into the gym. Feeling bad has put a slight damper on my workouts but I still got all my workouts in this week. I also have decided that would switch up my routine for PCT. After nearly the first week, things have gone ok, workouts haven't been as intense and pumps aren't as great. I am still quite vascular though which is always nice. Libido is deffinitely down a decent amount. Hopefully by my next workout on monday I will be feeling better and back to normal. I will continue to update every week throughout PCT.

After nearly the first week, things have gone ok, workouts haven't been as intense and pumps aren't as great. I am still quite vascular though which is always nice. Libido is deffinitely down a decent amount. Hopefully by my next workout on monday I will be feeling better and back to normal. I will continue to update every week throughout PCT.

PCT sucks man, especially the first week. push yourself through it and it will get better. what are you running for PCT again, because it sounds like you are having a little trouble?
 
can def see an improvement in the pics by the way, you look leaner, and more solid than the before pics. wish i would have had a camera for before pics on my first log. it added to the quality of your log nicely. great job man!
 
i love the diesel test hardcore! im taking it for PCT also. i can almost get the same aggression out of it at the gym i did while on cycle!
