Legendary Gainzzzz Chaos & Pain Stack (sponsored)

Also note I'm not going to post all my workout details here, I do that in my Training Log. This will be dedicated more to the products and will note any achievements or anything that gets me excited in the gym or mirror.

And any songs that have me feeling the Ferox too!!!

I'm the same way, I don't sip my PWO. I take that **** straight down ta pound town!
Though if it's BCAA's I sip on it.

Not late at all my friend. Not only would I miss you in here (no homo), but knowing you would probably be interested in these.

Yep, very interested to see how the epi/laxo treats you... both are high on my "not sure if works" list ha

If I have a video on my phone I always upload it to my YouTube channel then post it here. That's the only way I know.

i think this is the only way (or some other vid site)

Thanks buddy! You rescued my ego! Lol!
Looking at your avi should be rescue enough!

I normally ingest aminos for the spike in protein synthesis and insulin boost to get them into the muscle. So they go down quickly as well. Plus I normally only use them directly preworkout. Now intra I will often drink on them. I fill a half gallon and try to finish most of during the workout or within an hour after.

However I just made a bad ass order of a few pounds of Hydro Pro = debitterized hydrolized whey peptides, which I am going to try running instead. At 2 lbs for 30 fully flavored, I couldn't justify the ridiculous cost of 300 grams of aminos when they aren't even complete proteins / EAAs. However I might add in a little extra luecine for a little more insulin spike and protein synthesis. :)

Solid idea. Might copy you lol

Is it just the quick chug that provides the protein synthesis and insulin boost and then you sip them during the workout? Do you consume any other food pre or intra?

My peri-workout regimen goes like this:
Preworkout: PWO mixed with half scoop carbs, 1 scoop BCAAs
Intra into post: half scoop carbs, 1 scoop BCAAs

The carbs I use are Karbolyn xr3 from nutrishop, 50g carbs per scoop or something close, plus a bunch of other goodies including some BCAAs

Do you guys notice much of a difference with this kind of peri workout supplementation?

I mean I guess so if you do it, I just always figured BCAAs and such were useless with adequate protein throughout the day, or unless training fasted.

I've found that pre/intra carbs/BCAAs combination is PERFECT for me.

For me I found out that BCAAS intra and post work best for me. Intra because my body gets bloated and cramped when I have carbs. Post workout just enough to spike protein synthesis until I get home, shower, and dish out my chicken and white rice. It's all about what works for you. Every single one of us will have a different method. It's how your body handles everything.

I guess this is pretty similar to my regiment. BCAAs intra, protein and carbs post. To get me through until breakfast.

I haven't tried the carb powders or whatever they are. I just use half a cup of quick oats in my shake. One of the products I use is more carb than protein oriented. Post Workout Recovery has like 36g carbs and only 12g protein. So I mix 1 scoop of that with 1 scoop Dymatize Elite XT, and oats.

I like carbs intra, never used to do it until I noticed Xtend have an Endurance formula which is BCAAs plus carbs.

My periworkout is something ilke.

4.30pm - preworkout meal.
6.30pm - BCCA's/preworkout cocktail
7pm - Training with carbs/BCCA's intra
8.30pm - protein/carb shake
9pm - finish workout.
9.30pm - postworkout meal.

I use carbs post workout when I'm in a so-called bulking phase. Because during the day my calories are in a surplus and it's hard getting in all those calories

I think postworkout carbs are just as important when cutting, if not more so? Article I read by Layne Norton said in a cutting phase up to 30% of your carb intake should be intra/post workout when nutrient partitioning is at its highest.

I'll have to try it. I've tried both before and didn't notice much but that was a while back. I remember dextrose intra workout made me feel sick.

During my last contest prep I did no carbs intra and immediate post workout. Only carb intake were 2 post workout meals. Great results.

Thanks man, I might give this a whirl next time I go low carb. I had decent results with Layne's strategy but it left me without carbs in any of my meals on some days. It'd be great to at least go home to some rice or something after working out.

I followed that routine because it's what John Kiefer and Ben Pakulski recommend for optimal fat loss. Due to it keeping your body in a fat burning mode.

How is AI RecoverPro? It's just 4:1:1 of Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine. It's fairly cheap for 125 scoops. Or should I go with something that has more to it?

I don't think many mods come in here so I should be safe posting it.. Lol it may end up getting edited though.

ok. Out of respect for DMA378 and his thread, we'll just end this discussion. If you or I have any other questions about this we'll just PM on another.

Dude I just checked out that deal. Grabbing one today. 125 servings with a good amount of BCAA. 4:1:1 could mean 1000:250:250, but that one is 4000:1000:1000, pretty solid.

Felt a bit ambitious this morning and took about 1.5 scoops of Ferox. Was just on fire, plain and simple. Don't know if I would go over this amount. 2 scoops would be unnecessary. This stuff hits fast. Literally in less than 5 minutes my face is tingling and scalp is crawling. I get to the weights before it gets uncomfortable. Killer focus and drive. Looked extra vascular this morning as well. Should have grabbed a pump pic.

Perhaps a sign of the increased endurance this morning too from the Legendary. Not sure if that or the extra Ferox. This is going to be a fun combo though, I can tell.

I probably only do an Arms only workout once every other month or so, but every time I do it makes me think I should do them more often. Again with about 1.5 scoops of Ferox, but also dropped 3 caps of Hydro3 with it. Match made in heaven. Funny it took a little bit longer for things to kick in this morning, but once it did it was blast off. The bad part is that I workout before work and the clock tells me when to stop, not my body...it wanted more.

I'll go ahead and start posting my workouts in here just for more details.
