Legendary Gainzzzz Chaos & Pain Stack (sponsored)

Interesting that the mk has made you so hungry. I haven't experienced that at all.

Nothing worse than a total stim overload with no effect. Makes you feel like you'll never be happy again

Indeed. But have a bit of hope that I'll mention in my Training Log.

So this will be my last workout for this log. It was a good one. I'll wrap it up with final reviews for the products over the weekend.

If anyone is interested in following my Training Log, Cycle Log, general nonsense, check it out...

DEADS / LEGS

Conventional Deadlift:
135 x 8
185 x 8
225 x 6
275 x 6
315 x 4
365 x 4
385 x 3
405 x 2
405 x 1

Oh it felt so good to pull 405 again!!! After my intercostal strain and abandoning deads for so long, I have really focused on progression with form. I got the strain from pulling with no regard for form and made fast progress, pulled 455 a few times. Progress is a bit slower with good form, but feels so good!!

Split Squats:
95 x 12
115 x 12
135 x 12
165 x 12

Single Leg Curls:
50 x 12
60 x 12
Super Set
Standing Smith Calve Raises:
255 x 35
255 x 35

Single Leg Extensions:
5 non-stop rotations

10 minutes of stretching total body covered. Threw in some calf presses to finish them off.

You're referring to the super speed technique, where you try to lift the most amount of weight in the least amount of time? Like super fast reps right?
pfresh - Kind of, I would have to look at the super speed technique to say for sure it almost sounds like you are saying doing a lot of reps as fast as possible. However in general, explosive lifting even if body weight causes this reaction so long as you are using maximum force regardless of the amount of weight.

For example you can to 5 sets of 5 of medicine ball push press throws with a 15lb medicine ball and get the same effect as long as you are jumping as high as possible and throwing the ball as high as possible then you are generating the intensity needed.

You could also do 5 sets of 3x5 on bench press with 50% of your max, moving the weight as fast as possible on the push portion.

It really comes down to force applied explosively.

High speed & high reps with weights you are typically not able to generate enough force required due to it being so light you have to limit the amount of explosion so you can stop it at the end of the rep. If you did not have to stop it and used every ounce of force you could muster per rep, you would not be able to maintain it into higher rep ranges. However that style of lifting depletes the muscle glycogen which make the Glut-4 move to the surface of the muscle to refill. However it does not actually cause the muscle to adapt to increase the amount of glut 4 in the fibers. Instead it signals for a higher volume of sarcoplasm within the muscle cell. This increases muscle volume and therefore size. Alternatively doing strictly slow negative reps decrease the amount of glut-4 in the muscle, however cause the most damage and create a very anabolic hormonal environment, it also increases sarcoplasm in the muscle cell and is said to be one of the most hypertrophic ways to train. However adhering strictly to any one of these training styles without changing it up ends up causing a detriment in another area of the muscle. This is why it is important to include various types of training in your programming.

Ok, so here is my review on the products.

LEGENDARY

3.5 out of 5

Didn't really have any effect on body composition. Weight has increased, but it's definitely more diet/carb related. Have lost 4lbs. in 4 days just by cutting carbs down.
It did definitely help my performance. Endurance was good, not great. But strength definitely climbed on several moves. Broke PRs on Squats, Pendlay Rows, Front Squats, and Deads are back over 400. All this coming off of a 6 month cycle and pct.
I think the Lax would be better dosed at 50mg per cap.
Also note that my past runs of an epi product only really started to shine at 4 weeks and beyond. I'm sure this product would be greatest running 2-3 bottles. 30 days is just not long enough to fully know.

CANNIBAL FEROX

4 out of 5

This was a fun run. It will stand in the top 3 or 4 pre workouts I've ever used. The drive and focus are what stood out to me. Actually not overly stimulating as Ferox has claimed to be in the past. A good amount of stim, but not like the OG version for me. It just gave me this drive that made every set, especially when going heavy, feel like a mission. Really focused on form and power extremely well with this feeling.
Downside was that I did build a tolerance a couple weeks into it and found I had to increase the dose pretty regularly after that. But either way, the tub still lasted a month.
The flavor of the Jungle Juice was okay. But since I don't care, it has no effect on my rating.

CANNIBAL INFERNO

Not even going to rate.

I would like to apologize to pyrobatt and C&P for not giving this product the attention it deserved. Just didn't feel it was for me. If someone were to take it as directed, 3 caps per day, I'm sure it would serve it's purpose fine. I just never gave it more than 1 cap in the morning for a week or so.
It was good energy, but would need continual dosing to keep suppressing appetite to work properly.

So thank you again for the opportunity. It was fun and I hope some folks got something out of it. I will definitely be looking for the new Ferox to hit the market.

Great honest final review man. Id have to agree with you on the lax dosing in the legendary. 100 i feel is the minimum dose i would use with laxogenin. 50 just doesn't cut it. Ive recently upped my dose to 150 and it seems to be the sweet spot, recovery is way up at this dose. A very honest review my friend, good stuff

So 4 pils a day is what u recommend or 6?

Not necessarily. The epic at 150mg per cap is good dose for 2 per day. As pfresh said, 100mg of lax per day is kind of the minimum sweet spot. I guess you could dose 4 caps to get that, taking the epic to 600 per day. Just not very cost effective at that point.
