Legal/Over the Counter Beta-Agonists & Alpha-Antagonist?

Hello lovely people!

The title is straight forward. I am aware of Epimedium and icaarin. Anything else?

Cheers!

Icariin/epimedium is not either. Yohimbine is the best alpha 2 antagonist and ephedrine is the best beta agonist. As a supplement, alphamine contains 2 beta agonists + a host of alpha 2 antagonists

Interesting!

FYI Icariin is yohimbine and epimedium definitely is listed as an alpha antagonist and NO producer..

Alphamine though...very cool!

You guys are correct. I made a mistake and Icariin is the active flavonoid of epimedium.

Oops.

Anywho, it seems we have narrowed our list to 2: yohimbine, and this alphamine.

I am still convinced that epimedium is an alpha-antagonist as its function is increased blood flow, vasodilation, NO production, but I will set that topic aside as that's not what this thread is about lol

What exactly is in alphamine? I am more interested in the ingredients (ie yohimbine) rather than the products (ie primaforce yohimbine)

I just like to research the ingredients or their precursors before I just blindly take/buy it :)

How are those 2 the only options!
