Leaning up with Alpha T-2: Mixed and produced by PES

Dosing of 2, 1 today for Alpha T-2. Workout later today.
 
Workout: Fat loss workout, Day 1 week 2 of phase 4 of Superhero program.

Circuit A: Rest 30 seconds between exercises, 90 after circuit. Repeat 3 times.

A1: Alternating Reverse Lunges-15
A2: Arnold Press- 12
A3: One Arm Barbell Row- 8
A4: Spiderman Lunges- 8
A5: EZ Bar Curl- 8

B1: Face pull- 12
B2: Incline DB bench- 9
B3: Jump Squat- 8
B4: Plank- 60 sec.

C1: Rear delt raise- 12
C2: Lateral lunge- 12
C3: Spiderman pushups- 12

Left my log in the car so I'll put the weights in tomorrow. Great workout. Off day tomorrow.
 
Dosing of 2, 1 today. Should also finally be getting that Methyl-Synephrine assuming my brother didn't forget it so it should be added tomorrow.

Today is an off day, but I might squeeze in a cardio session.
 
Ok got the Methyl-Synephrine in so the combination of the two starts tomorrow morning!

After playing around with many dosing schemes, I am settling for a 2,1 dose as well. 2 in the early morning after my workout. 1 right before dinner. At noon before lunch I pop an EC (25/200). This is working well. I feel slightly stimmed, but not overly so. Just right.

Today is tolerance day (I know I'm one of those lame bros that doesn't jump in with the full serving). Half a tab with my morning dose of Alpha T-2. Feeling great so far!

Also got my Hemavol in so first run with that bad boy is today as well. I'm excited!

Hemavol is great stuff. I took 1 1/2 scoop today and my biceps were ripping out of my skin. That is an amazing feeling. I'm a big fan of Hemavol.

Supplement thoughts: Alpha T-2 now being run with Methyl Synephrine by Synthetic Supplements. Will note any changes.

Workout: Day two of phase 4. "Density based muscle building." This is basically E.D.T. with a slight twist for those familar with Charles Staley's program (I'm a longtime HUGE fan of EDT).

Circuit 1: Perform A1 and A2 back to back for 5 minutes with lighter weight (approx. 15 rep max). After this rest, and increase weight and lift for 5 more minutes. Each exercise performed for 5 reps. Basically the same idea with the other circuits with a difference in no. of reps.

A1- Front Squat: 115*5 reps for 4 sets.
A2- Bent over row: 95*5 for 4 sets.

A2- Bent over row: 115*5 reps for 4 sets.

B1- Reverse Lunge: 10 lbs*12 reps (6 a leg) for 4 sets.
B2- High pull: 75 pounds*6 reps for 4 sets.
B3- DB Bench: 40 pounds * 6 reps for 4 sets.

Workout thoughts: A good workout. My first experience with Hemavol. Just used a half scoop for tolerance. A more pumped feeling throughout.

You will enjoy hemavol for sure. I've built up to 2 scoops. Well I guess I didn't build up, more like jumped in :-)! That pumped feeling will only get more enhanced the more you use! Strong work brotha!
 
Dosing of 2, 1 today along with methyl synephrine. MS definitely gives it a stim feeling I haven't noticed before. Digging the combo so far.

Supplement thoughts:Alpha T-2 now being run with Methyl Synephrine by Synthetic Supplements. A definite stim feeling from the MS, much more than Alpha T-2 alone. Haven't noticed a whole lot more on the appetite suppression front with it, but I'll admit I've been pretty shaky the last couple days with my diet. Some definite boozing. Hoping to be back on track the last two weeks of this run.

Workout:

A1- Pullups- I constantly come back to these, 16 total reps max explosion performed two at a time.
A2- Inc. DB Press- 45*8
A3- Front Squat- 115*8
A4- Inc. DB curl- 25*8
A5- Dips- BW*8
A6- Front Squat- 115*8

Did this three total times. Short, solid workout. Switching things up soon as Superhero comes to a close.

2,1 along with two capsules of Methyl-Synephrine today on an off day.
 
Any visual affects yet?

Not that I can tell, but I haven't been on the combo for long. I will take proper "after" pictures when the run is done and we'll just have to keep in mind that half of the run was with Methyl-S and half wasn't.

Entered the gym pumped and ready to rock. Starting a new routine today, place I lift in is empty, got the tunes cranked and....

fizzled out completely. I have no idea what was wrong with me today. Felt like absolute crap from the beginning till the time I got out of there. Heart rate was going nuts, felt so tired I could barely stand, felt like I was going to vomit. Got some dips and hammer curls in, honestly more than I probably should have. I even layed down a few times during rest sets. I guess just one of those days, disappointing but oh well. When you're not feeling it you're not feeling it.
 
2 caps of Alpha T-2 and one of Methly Synephrine as I wake. Today is an off day due to time, but I'll be back in the gym tomorrow with a hopefully great session compared to yesterdays garbage one.

At the lake for a little mini-vacation so updates will be scant until Sunday or Monday, internet is pretty spotty here. Will be taking Alpha T-2 daily though.
 
And I'm back, dosing was 2,1 for the little break. I think I have just under a week left so when the bottle runs out I'll get those photos up and a final review

Workout: Doing something different for the next 16 days. Basically doing this: Invalid Link Removed Not going 3 days on 1 off, but 2 days on, 1 off, day on, day off, repeat for the 12 workouts. Adding just a touch of "metabolic finishers" type work to the ends of the workouts and trying to go for an hour walk a day at some time. I don't train like a bodybuilder often so it's always fun for me when I do. Basically descending-ascending pyramids.

A1: Dips- 18 reps, 14 reps, 12 reps, 8 reps, 8 reps, 12 reps, 14 reps, 18 reps.

A2: Hammer Curls- 20 lbs*20 reps, 25*16 reps, 30*12 reps, 35*8, 35*8, 30*12, 25*16, 20*20.

B1: Military Press- 55*16, 60*12, 65*8, 65*8, 60*12, 55*16

B2: EZ bar curls- EZ+30*16, EZ+40*12, EZ + 45*8, EZ+45*8, EZ+40*12, EZ+30*16

Workout thoughts: One of the better workouts I've had in a while. Obviously higher reps than I'm used to, but I think it will be a nice change of pace. An absolutely phenomenal workout. Longer than normal, completely in the zone. Probably the best workout intensity, focus, and feeling I've had in a long time. This routine will be tough, but I'm determined to make all 12 workouts fantastic.
 
2 Alpha T-2 caps upon waking, my arms are very sore already from last night's workout!
 
Been thinking about MS + AT2 + caffeine. I am very interested in your results. Thanks for logging it.

I can't remember the last time I did this many reps in a workout, probably when I used to do E.D.T. a whole lot. I was just kicking around JPC's old articles and stumbled upon this and thought hey that looks fun.

Workout: Today was legs for the size pyramid.

A1: Squat (full parallel as always): 135*20, 145*16, 155*12, 165*8, 165*8, 155*12, 145*16, 135*20

A2: Leg curls: (machine has a "hitch" to it considering its old and probably busted so it has a point where it is very hard to accelerate, as such lighter weights feel much heavier than what I used on other leg curl machines). 25*20, 30*16, 35*12, 40*8, 40*8, 35*12, 30*16, 25*20.

B1: Seated Calf Raises- 45*20, 50*16, 60*12, 60*12, 50*16, 45*20.

Workout thoughts: This was another fabulous workout and one of the harder ones I've ever completed. I don't think I've ever done 112 reps of squats and I may never do it again. Obviously went pretty light weight, but it was brutal. I know I'm going to be crazy sore the next couple of days from this insane volume, but I'm hoping I see nice results. Down to 10 workouts left of the size pyramid :)

These last two days have been some of the better workouts I've had in a long time. Not because of the program, but just the level of focus and intensity I've had throughout. It's been great.

What isn't great is the level of DOMS I have right now :) A solid eating day and some active recovery should have me feeling better.

I hear ya! I did squats for my photoshoot a week ago, and I DON'T do squats, and I felt it for sure for pretty much all week. But hey, it passes, and you know it's worth the pain in the end!

Workout: Today is an off day, but did some foam rolling, went for a 30 minute walk, worked some core exercises and did a few plate complexes.

Tomorrow is Chest/Back for the Size Pyramid and my arms/chest are already sore. Hoping they will better tomorrow and that will be the end of the first of 4 mini phases of this.

Dosing was 2, 1 of Alpha T-2. Finishing up the bottle in a few days (think I have 5 left) and I'll be sure to shoot some pictures for the final of this and the kick off of my next log!

For sure, I definitely think I've got some noticeable results. My diet hasn't been spectacular during the run, very hit or miss, but I'm hoping my pictures show some progress!

Workout: Chest/Back of the Size Pyramid.

A1: DB Incline Press- 25*16, 30*12, 35*8, 40*4, 40*4, 35*8, 30*12, 25*16

A2: Lat Pulldown- 50*16, 60*12, 70*8, 80*4, 80*4, 70*8, 60*12, 50*16

B1: "J" Press- 95*10 for 3 sets.

B2: Barbell T-row (D-handle)- 135*10 for 3 sets.

Workout thoughts: Nice and quick, minimal rest between sets. Leg soreness is still incredible, DOMS have decreased in the arms. Tomorrow is an off day, then Friday is arms then a day off cause of a stupid wedding :)

Think I will take the pictures tomorrow even though I have about two days left. Won't be able to this weekend.
 
2, 1 on an off day today.

Legs still very sore. Hamstrings especially. Can hardly straighten my right leg. Bring the pain!
