yest was 1900 cals,

unsure of today,

body fat is way low,, but im not sure if i got loose skin there a lil from being heavy, not enough muscle in lower abs for it to protrude out, or if im simply not low enough, im leaner then i was in the beginning pics at a little heavier weight, i also havent been lifting because i been training for fight, also flat from 11 days no carbs already.

maybe its water? i dont know im planning on a fat/sodium load tomorrow with a little water and taking water pills, to see how i look,

will be using coconute oil, cacao nibs, whole eggs (prolly like 10) maybe some chicken. ... thatll be high fat, not much sodium, will stay away from veggies. so no bloat.

muscle should come back quick, once i stopped lifting i dropped like 6 lbs in 2 weeks, maybe a lil more.

so i know some mscle loss hapened but i needed to be this weight, sucks but is what it is.

someone respond? am i crazy?

Thanx. Justy found out figjts now at 190 and I'm 181.

Fight wasoriginally 175. Then 185 do I figure cruise at 180ish anmd I can gain or lose. But now I gotta go up 9 lbs
 
bump photo shoot was yest, should have pics in few weeks, im going to continue dieting after fight to as low body fat as i can (even with thanksgiving around the corner ill take 2days that week.)

after that i gotta photo shoot prolly dec, then back to a bulk, but doing it right with no carbs (well 2x a week) carbs would prolly only come fromboxes of cereal or 1 awesome bbq meal. ill be super lean to begin with at eating only 2x a day, so ill stay lean, and be able to get a little bigger for the arnold.

gotta couple more pounds to gain, so carb day thursday, going to eat 1x a day 2300 cals to maintain (kinda) and add those carb days to assess my weight gain, and how i feel the next day.

Yesterday i was hitting mitts had to stop to fart a few times, therefore carb day has to be 2 days prior to fight. otherwise ill be super gassy and bloated day of.

11/11/11 After a week of increasing cals bc i need to add some weight, this was also after a humungous bing eating, 8 oreo gram cracker pancakes, a protein bar, a cliff bar, half pie pizza, 4 bags fun size skittles, 2 bags fun size star burst, pulled pork sandwhich, 3 whoppers, small almond snickers. a fun size kit kat.... and lots of water, oh and yogurt with a granola bar in it.. also 8 tablespoons almond pecan butter mixed with honey apple butter and raspberry preserves... yea im fat lol

after carb ups im good. but feel sluggish and slow for like 36 hours, so ill carb up on wednesday night, to thursday night, sweat a lil on friday, **** some out, and then be good weighing in in sneakers saturday.

im 183.

i dropped a lot of muscle.
 
went all 3 lost to decision.

had a lot against me between fractured thumb meaning no sparring or hitting with that hand up till the fight (4 weeks)

15 lb weight cut day before (changed opponent last min)

not rehydrating enough and i think the ephedrine played a roll too.

i wont the first round eaily lost the next 2, but i had fun, i know what not to do for the next one.

im off the E, dosing off the t3, and as im doing that trying to recover my thyroid. super quick so i dont put on too much weight.

Still running 3x a week 20-30 min, lifting now 3x a week (maybe 4 on the day of refeed cheat ill do full body), and boxing/kickboxing (10-14 rounds) on the other days.
