So I been like off diet for this week. Makin protein cheese cake with creamcheese and protein powder (watermelon). Crust will be healthy some flax almond meal and honey nut cheerios. Full fat. Very little carbs per slice. Maybe 8.
 
Carb count came out higher bc I wanted it tastier the crust so I used gram crackers honey nut cherios almon meal and flax powder
 
Oh my weight is 197.8 debating on just to keep doing what I'm doing or do a 2 week blast to harden up. If I keep going at this rate ill hit a 30 lb gain in 18 weeks
 
I can drip a decent amount of fat in 2 weeks on 100mcg clen everyday with a 2800 cal idet however ill tak a water pill on the 4th and see how I look on the 5th bc I feel like I'm hokding a ton
 
As long as I have some lines I'm ok. My waiste is the same (jeans 32) I think been a while since I wore them like a week or 2 but still ooks small. It feels like water. If I do those 2 weeks I lose some of the bulking time maybe some size maybe ill add it in and keep cals the same. So I don't lose anything and get a lil stronger the first few days on it
 
Been an emotional week for me. I'm one of those emotional eaters, I haven't been eating bad persay. But tons of rice bbeams and mangobutter with seunflower seed butter sandwchiches

I love smoothies, but hate paying for something I can do at home. I always wanted a Vita Mix, but a blender has been doing just fine all these years.
 
Obvi. I get only the best gear. I use my money wisely. Food gear tatts bills lol

I eat so much ****in food its unreal. In another 5-6 weeks ill just maintain weight bc I know ill be up anothr 15 since I'm starting drol for 20 days on the tren.

Have some t3 on the way. Already got clen. Started my hcg monday (600 ius per shot till gone) so ill maybe get 6 shots out of my 5000 iu vial. Got another 10000 to use so ill do that before I start my cut. Then ill use the last 5000 when or if I decides to come off
 
to start with,..Sorry if I am posting in the wrong place...I am 45yrs old...got back into working out a lil over 2yrs ago..was feeling sluggish so about 7months back I went & had T levels tested & was put on HRT. 200mg wk of Test E. I am wanting / looking to stack Tren E, 300mg a week for 10wks. I don't split the the T shot into 2 & if I do the Tren & split them both, I really don't want to do 4 sore shots a week. So what are the differences in doing one each or 2 ea as far as the end result? Also, what will I need to line up for the PCT after stopping the Tren & what is a good time off length before starting a new cycle? Thanks for any & all help/advice in advance.

I have found the best smoothie maker for me anyway is one of those hand wand blenders. I put the stuff in a a half gallon jug stick the wand in ress the button and can move it around to blend everything so nothing can stick to the sides or hide in the bottom under the blades like with a regular blender. It comes out exactly the same consistency of the roebeks and or smoothie factory. Just finished 1 cup frozen blueberries, and 3 scoops of chocolate protein powder and MMMMMMMMM. I think the hand blender or whatever it is called cost about 15-20 bucks at Walmart and is WELL WORTH IT! Just keep bags of frozen fruit and add whatever you want in with the protein powder, ice and a little water. Banana w/ 2 tablespoon peanut butter and chocolate protein powder is off the chain too.

They have some pretty hard core ones at local stores around where I live, just can't believe they can crush frozen fruits! This sounds like something really useful, although with a blender, I have been getting by, plus I have the Magic Bullet set, and I don't want to spend any more money. I have a few of those batter operated Tornadoes from another website, they have been really cool in a pinch over the past year I've owned them.
 
Yeah, I actually keep the blender wand at my desk at work. Keep the half gallon pitcher there too. It is about half as loud as a blender if even that. If you ever decide to pick one up you will love it. Yeah tears through frozen fruit like it is nothing. Even though it is a hand held it is a 200 watt motor.
 
Totally gunna loook into that hand blender your talking about. Seriously if I keep eating like this ill be 215 in the next 3-4 weeks.
I like hemp milk in my shakes. May buy some rice dream icecream and throw it in instead of yogurt
 
Got diet figured out for when I start to cut

2800-2400/2400. Then 2400-2000/2000. Then 2200-1800/1800. Then 1800. Each week drop cals till hit my off day cals.

My off day cals come after the "/" for those who I'm more then likely confusing

Ill prolly only need 1-2 weeks at 1800 cals at the end. Hoping if I get to 215 I can be solid 190ish when I cut considering ill add in tren the last weeks during calorie cutting
 
For example

Week 1
2800 workout / 2400 non workout

Week 2
2700 workout/ 2400 non

Week 3
2600 workout/ 2400 non

Week 4
2500 workout /2400 non

Week 5
2400 workout / 2000 non

Ect.

12-14 week diet

Yea last time I cut I only used test, t3 at the end clen, hemodrene and adipose annihilation (aa thru out the whole cut)I'm thinking adding tren the last 5-8 weeks of the cut when cals start dippin in the 2000s. Obvi keto bc carbs hate me
 
Oh when sunday comes around I got only like 5 weeks left on tren ace (switched from 9 or 11 weeks enanth) and ptolly a couple weeks left of eq! No idea tho. I had a 40mL vial. No idea how much is left. But when I got 6 mL left ill taper ot to make it last extra week

Test I got a bunch of. Maybe another 8 weeks at 4mL (1g) then taper then I gotta get more.

Started saving for a lower stomach tatt and halloween props. So I need to save like 3g by dec and atleast 1g by oct

This is simply awesome, especially at your body weight, but at any body weight still impressive.

How is this new batch of Tren you have in? Smooth or slightly painful, any lingering post injection soreness?
 
Start tren on sunday it'll b mixed w eq. I do tren in quad n shoulder alone latert in week. But my source is simply the best. So I never have issues
 
You should be pretty ripped up by the end of this. Did you ever put up a pic of your new ink? If so I missed it somehow.
 
Wasn't pleasent. How was arouind your belly button and a lil lower that's where my next on is. Bascially above my v**** attaching the clowns with another clown face making it like a V of clowns lol
 
Weight is 202.4. Still fittin my 32s. A lil more snug on my butt tho.

PS I think cialis every other day with natty v every day makes your **** bigger. My ****s been like not only like a rock but when soft its seriously like pumped haha.

I haven't tried my 32's on in a little while. I am sure they would fit my waist but my azz and thighs would just be too tight.

Oh yeah honestly the most painful parts of that tattoo was above the belly button and about 1.5 inches under it and below. It was damn painful I won't lie to you. I was gritting my teeth and half meditating. I felt like a wuss but they told me I took the pain much better than most of the big, rough and tough guys who are covered with tattoos. As a matter of fact the owner told me he had 2 tattoos on his johnson and he would get another one there before getting another one on his stomach. They were surprised I didn't make any noise or yelping. Apparently that is one of the most sensitive areas.

To put a comparison on it, the one on my back only had a few tiny spots that felt any pain. The one on my calf I almost fell asleep during. The one on my stomach I was in pain the entire time and almost couldn't handle the upper and lower extremities of the tattoo. Had to kind of meditate to get through it, and when he finally stopped and I stood up I had sweat a huge puddle under myself which was wierd being that I hadn't moved and it wasn't cold.
 
Hey it only hurts for a short time but reward is worth it if you really love the tattoos.
 
Yea I know. Not really worried. I love my ink. Just a little unbalanced since I have noting on my back and everything on my front. Gotta be different
 
Mine are relatively sporadic. I am not sure what my next one will be but I know there will be one... I just have one center of my traps one on the calf and the one you have seen on my stomach. I am really thinking about a trap and shoulder piece but so many people have done it I would have to figure out how to make it stand out. If I do that will probably take a pic of me lean print it out and then draw the design to go with the lines of my physique so I am always accentuating instead of detracting from the look of my body.
