Workout doday was as follows

.25 miles 25 burpee clean and presses w 75 lbs and once u get bar to throat u do a squat before the press.

4 sets of thaty. Now eating 15.08 cooked oz of skirt steak then maybe some pb and 4 eggs

I ate all I said I did plus 84g of on procomplex lol

Ended up 8 tablespoons pb on the day 4 eggs the shake and the skirt steak. Think I'm calling it a day bc I start ink in bout 1 hrs and I got 5 hrs to do it which kills the eating windo

I can't wait to re-up my order of Power Butter now that I'm thinking of it. Mmmmmm! I usually have yolks, steak, and almonds as my only fat sources while contest dieting, but pb in a shake or on a spoon is like HEAVEN with the starvation mode kicks in! :)

Those Blue Diamond Smokehouse almonds are to die for... I almost feel guilty for eating them they're so good!
 
No cardio today will just have lower cals. Took a pic not very happy with it but 193.6 is my weight fairly lean. The tats on the ribs make my waiste look smaller thn it is I think.
 
Today is lower cal I'm at 2132 right now guna make oatmeal pb protein cookies with .5 cup dry oats 6 tablespoons melted pb, 2 whole eggs and 1 scoop protein then gunna bake for like 8 min on 350 I think. Kinda goin on a wym on this one
 
Tattoos are my thing man. Got an apt july 5th to finish inner arm and dec 8 to finish torso. And then somewhere in between I gotta do another clown face but on my other foot. Thn I save for my back.

With tatts you get what you pay for yanno
 
So looks like no swimming till last week in july. Totally forgot hot much that gets me mad. May cancell the july 5th apt.

Physique yes! I know I can get lean enouhg however I have problems with my chest and shoulders (basically any pressing movement) they lag
 
Also. Since mens physique came out I'm thinking I need to really get a tad bigger and lean down hard. But I can't seem to square off my chest.

Usually I do incline bb press incline db press and incline fly superset with flat fly for chest.

Flat destroys my shoulders. And no cables or decline at my gym. So I have no idea how to square off my chest. Also shoulders need better caps. I do laterals one day and then 4 days later I do 4 sets heavy presses with arms.

What should I do. I mean that's helped a lot
 
I'm in the same boat as you... Part of me just wants to bulk bulk bulk... But I love being lean, and just adding mass slowly. Man if I went on a bulking diet and got on some Test & Deca I could get pretty damn beastly.... But I like where I'm at now. Enough size but lean.
 
Bro also I would keep hitting that incline BB press heavy as fock... Nothing will pack mass on your upper chest like it. That and heavy ass incline flys. Those are the 2 Ive used for upper chest and they always work.
 
Always as heavy as I can with no spotter. My gym only goes up to 100lb dumbells. So on incline ill hit that 12-15x varying speeds. Flys hurt my shoulders. I do dips on arm days weighted I can do 3 plate for a few reps
 
I usually do bb then fly whether I do them on rings or db. Then techno gym chest press which btw is the ****. Or I do db and then the rest. Today I did all presses to switch it up so I didn't finish with pushups bc I did a ton of presses

So gym today wasn't there. I did some running some walking some sprinnts and body weight squats. Was supposed to do legs.

I cooked all day. Skirt steak, cheerio crusted southwest orange chicken parm , some rice with baked beans and peaches and worchestershire sauce. Thinkin tonight I wanna make a peanut thai chili chicken

I think I'll give sustanon a 'shot' at some point... maybe even this contest prep, I don't know. I'm making a bunch of product today actually, I have no much, why not? Haha. I like the prop ester because it's fast acting and doesn't cause water retention. But I still have 10 1/2 weeks until I stand under those stage lights once again.
