For today I just used one cap. I've heard people getting good gains with just one cap of SDMZ 3.0 and since im taking pbold as well I was just going to run half doseage of SDMZ3.0.

Still liking this stack! I've seen SDMZ 3.0 over at Strong Supplement Shop and have wanted to try it and figured stacking it with pbold would be good. 2ml morning and night seems to be a good doseage for me. I think you can go up to four servings a day but two is good. Hoping to see some good results in then end with this stack!

Great chest pump today! I can really feel it kicking in. I've been drinking a lot of water throughout the day and added in some extra carbs around training and added an extra protein and fats meal, so increased calories. P bold's really helping me take in that extra meal and turn it into gains;) By Day 30 looking for a 10-15 lbs increase in BW! #bulk

Yep hoping for some good gains and I always set the bar high and try to achieve it. But I think with DMZ and pbold i'll be able to get my gains and hopefully keep them. I'd definitely recommend this stack!

Yea a lot of times the workouts i post are a guide line but i go based on the feel and will do more reps and sets of each exercises if i need it. Also i am not posting every day and every workout just the days i update i most the workout for that day. ha. I'll update again tomorrow though.

I would recommend running it along side something else since pbold is pretty mild. You'd get better results if you stacked it with another PH rather than run it solo.

I love a good back workout before work. I'm gunna be sore tomorrow but im cutting down my rest days while on this cycle. I think I recover a lot better on this cycle and im increasing calories. I'm getting really good results so far. Appetite for sure is up and strength + size is up as well! Day 19 on this stack and im lovin it!

I didnt die im still here! Day 24 on this stuff and im up a good 8 lbs of muscle. pbold is a great supplement if your trying to bulk. Stack it with another good bulking PH and you will get good strength and mass gains. About a week left on this stuff. 10lbs is a good goal ecspecially since im half dosing Super DMZ! haha

Its only 10mg. I didnt want to kill my organs haha I wanted to go half dose so i could use the other half stacked with something else in acouple months.

yep 10 msten, 10 dmz, and 10 alpha-1 stacked with pbold. It's pretty nice. I didnt want to over do it thats why i stuck with one cap. Taking a 3 compound PH plus adding pbold is a lot hahah

But still rocking it guys. I will update in a few days and give my final thoughts but pbold is an awesome addition to any PH stack. Its a mild PH but it really puts the cherry on top and i would recommend it for any bulking cycles.

I gain better using M140 and Natadrol than 90% of the people using sd when all is said and done. I like the fact that you guys are just using low dose for a boost though.

My main point is if you use perfect form and solid volume combined with high frequency it's shocking how much you gain... even at my age.

Exactly. PH's sure help but your diet and training has to be there to really see the results.

Last Day on Super DMZ 3.0! Great results as far as weight increase as well as strength increase. I'd really recommend this stack if you need to add some mass and need some strength in crease. Pbold is like i said early the cherry on top. It really makes you put in those extra calories and helps you pack on muscle with super dmz there to help as well. All in all pbold by LG Sciences is a good product and recommend trying it on your next cycle. Thanks for the logging opportunity LG!
