LapBand Surgery VS Roids

Extreme Make Over Needed but which one produces better results... Do you recommend using roids to increase muscle growth and getting rid of body fats, or do you suggest LapBand, get small and then start a regiment to increase body mass. Might sound confusing:nutkick: but just needs to know. BMI average is 32.3

I recommend doing some research and learning how to eat. Diet can do wonders without surgery and definitely stay away from "roids" as you describe them. The first step starts with a commitment from you to get healthy. I wish you the best of luck.

im going to be very blunt here...im sorry...if you are obese enough to be contemplating lab band then you should definately not be considering steroids...you probably have high blood pressure and a hoorible cholestoral level...steroids will only make this worse...learn to diet and excercise and shed the weight naturally...oh and for the most part steroids do not burn fat...they only keep your muscles anabolic while your at a caloric defecit...

Yes Mucho Mooch!

Furthermore, the expense of the Lap Band is going to be significant. You will not be able to eat enough to pack on mass with the Band in place. You would most likely need it UN-banded or removed, which will cost more (I think).

I suggest you get your diet in place. Take the Lap Bank money and get a nutritionist and personal trainer. Nutritionist 1st if you have to make a decision between the two! ;)

as mentioned above, get your diet in place, get your training locked down, and look into a GH supplement like powerfull or somnnidren GH , etc and a fat burner like leviathan reloaded or DCP or RPM. hope that helps.

if i had to guess, your GH levels are probably really low, and this is the most noticeable supplement you can take given your BMI.
