Extremely minimal; less than pretty much any other brand you look at. It also has a digestive aid included. So far lactose intolerant individuals have been doing well with Select

I'm ok with select at 2 scoops / day

I generally only use 1/day tho

There should be minimal lactose in Select, but we did add in lactase added to help those who may be sensitive to it. We haven't had many negative reports of it upsetting people's stomachs though.

There are no fillers, so if you read the label, you see <1 gram sugar. That means under a gram of lactose per serving, which is pretty much nothing
