I heard this is the best cretaine. I am going to do a recomp so can anyone please tell me what creatines are inexensive and very good to use. I have cellmass but it makes me feel bloated. What do you all think of this new kre alkalyn is it worth buying?

Nutraplanet is cool because you can order relatively small, cheap tubs of each kind of creatine to see which works best for you.... I believe they have Kre-Alkalyn, CEE, DCM, Creatine Gluconate and regular old mono....

But every rep out there is gonna say their form of creatine is the best. So keep that in mind

There is no "best" creatine. Everyone is going to say somethign different, because everyone has different preferences and different experiences.

Personally, the top 3 creatine products IMO are:
* NeoVar Recomped (also acts as a nutrient repartitioner and insulin mimic)
* Cre-02 (also acts as a nutrient repartitioner, and aids in not only strength but gains in endurance, maximal oxygen capacity, etc.)
* Kre-Alkalyn

If you are looking to recomp then a creatine product that has nutrient repartitioning effects may be useful. However, any of the creatine products mentioned will be fine. I have used all and had great expereinces and results on them. And none cause bloating or water retention, nausea, etc., either.

Not true. Some of us actually are pretty objective and very honest in our assessment of products.

Wassup stallion. Good to see yah doing better.
But In my personal interest, I like kre-alk. I have chrones disease and my stumach cant handle monohydrate. Kre-alk is very easy on your stumach. It has no bitter taste and no bloating. No loading phase. unlike mono you have to do 5 servings daily while having diarrhea..... hmmmmm fun fun fun. Kre-alk i only have two servings and it starts working qwick. Its not that bad priced too. Little bit more than monohydrate but its worth it for me. They all work, Each one just does something a little diff. Theres some crazy new kinds of creatine out now, honestly i dont know about those. I prob need to update my research :P
