Any supplements out there that maybe lubricate and or do somtheing with an over worked knee? i am still off my knee for bout 5 weeks due to patella tenditis. is there any join tednon. or anything better than what i am taking.. im taking what doctor gave me. some anti inflamation and im taking glucocamine the joint stuff.. just curious if there is anything better? or just let time take it's coarse

Taking a joint support supplement with glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM is a good start. They say it takes over 60 days before the true benifits are fealt and you of course continue taking the supplement. Cissus is another supplement that can help so you may want to give it a try. Fish oil can also help with joint lubrication.

In the end, resting it may be the best option and depending on the pain you may want to have it checked out by a doctor.

Cissus is great for tendon issues. Sam-e is an often overlooked but effective supp for joint problems.

thank u.. im a look into it.. o it does take round 60 days.. hehe i only started taking the glucosime and chondroiton for like 2 weeks or maybe 3 weeks. not enoughtime huh.. plus also been taking waht the doc perscribed to me. been 2 weeks on that.. well i'll rest it up for another 2 weeks to be on safe side.. cause i dont want to blow out the knee

Definitely go with SuperCissus RX which has helped many people with their joint problems. There are people out there that had really bad knees and could not squat or deadlift but after using SuperCissus RX they were able to do squats. This stuff is the real deal.
