I think rehab is in my future... Honestly considering going to see a movement specialist to see if they can figure out what is going on with my left side. That or to see a physical therapist. This has been an on an off issue for years, but I am at a point now where I understand I could be driving myself toward a hip replacement later in life if I don't do what is needed to correct the imbalance now. Might just need to see a really good chiro.Rest Day is in your future!
I actually take days off, I only train 3-4 times a week. The rest is just walking for general activity but yeah I am on a mission right now.Ever Ready Bunny !!
I am contemplating on going back to more of a CBL / Metabolic Diet style diet plan after the end of this week. I would like to stimulate protein synthesis earlier in the day and a few times throughout the day. Perhaps even have a tiny bit of fruit during the day. The carb nite protocol is quite effective but I don't think I will need the extreme.
Even after this challenge is up next week my focus is still going to be on leaning up but I am not sure that I am going to stick with the Carb nite protocol. A CBL / Metabolic diet style will allow for better performance in the gym and possibly more muscle growth or retention. I might just limit the back loading days to 3 a week. Plus my insulin sensitivity should be on it's way back up from all of the fasting and 3 weeks now of keto. Who knows though... Things are going well and I don't know if I want to risk changing things up and breaking this momentum I have now.
Decisions decisions...
