At my last job I had a doctor I worked with warn me against taking creatine and tell me it was one of her absolute least favorite supplements because of the associated risks (referring to proposed effects on the kidney). I dont really blame her though, only the jackasses who educated her on the topic whenever that was.
With that being said, as an ER doc she doesnt really need to be too educated on the topic. I'd trust her to save me if I was about to die...so I guess its a trade off for all the intricate and complex **** she does know.

Last night was a day off. I donated blood again so I couldn't workout. I stayed in a very deep deficit though to help burn some more fat. I am probably going to go out and walk again for lunch too, and maybe a bike ride in the evening. Will more than likely end up lifting weights Saturday and Sunday. We shall see though, if I am feeling froggy tonight I might get out there and do some lifting.
