Took the new sled out for a spin last night to get in some conditioning. Man that thing is a challenge and you feel alpha when you are doing it. I had some fun once I got warmed up and had my daughter hop on top of a 45 plate and ride while I sprinted, or tried sprinting up and down the driveway.
One round trip from where we were was 40 yards.
Sled + 45 lbs - 4 rounds
Sled + 90 lbs - 4 rounds
Sled + 45 lbs and my daughter - 4 rounds - She is a lady so I won't reveal her weight. However she is 12 so it is obviously an increase.

Sled + 45 lbs 4 rounds to finish.
Trinity wanted to get in on it and pushed 2 rounds with a 45 on there. Man was she digging on the way back. I made her stop so she didn't hurt her hip. Girl has some heart!

Pretty impressive when you consider the sled weighs 80 lbs by itself.
Well it was my first time using a legit sled especially pushing one. I really liked the stimulation it gave me. My chest, shoulders and triceps all had a pump when I was done which was pretty cool. Surprised my triceps and biceps are a little sore right now from the workout Tuesday.
I am having a hard time telling what my body is doing right now. I look huge and leaner one day then end up with a severely distended stomach out of nowhere. Not sure why I have been dealing with gastric distress lately but it sucks. Seems like I always have food sitting right up against my esophagus just applying pressure and keeping me feeling full and like I might get sick. Either way with the stomach distended it is hard to tell if things are going in the direction I want without seeing some obvious ab definition. I am used to seeing myself thin out more in the waist but the distention is keeping my waist thick. Looking at my diet I might end up cutting carbs lower and doing 1 high carb meal, and one reasonable free meal a week.
