KLEEN & Olympus Labs EP1C DERMASTR3NGTH & CONQU3R log.

I can't get enough of this guy, he's teaching things I already know but there are things he's pointing out that I hadn't considered which I know is going to allow me to improve how I do things. Here's a good example, I mentioned the db curls, they way I thought of it was to tilt the db out so the pressure was on the last two fingers. I was concentrating more on the tilt of the db than the fingers themselves and even though my results are good they could be better if I concentrate in the pressure on the last 2 fingers. It's fuggin gold like I said.

Yah that's him fuggin speaks my language good call on that one Chris :) Yah you guys all should listen to this guy, I never heard anything that wasn't gold. Oh and that is my db curl he's using precisely what I teach. He's better than explaining it though. I'm learning though... always learning.

Of course he speaks your language, he's Canadian too ay.

All caught up:
1) epicatechin, SERM and killer PWO
2) cleansing and veggie shakes
3) flirting "kind of OK"
4) CIA arresting Canadians
5) it's "eh" not "ay"

In this log for recovery!

Lmao. I liked the Canadians I worked with man. Good dudes. It's What people need to be more like in America.

Yah this is how Jeremy Hotz sees the differences ....:)

"Thanked" . The end bit about the landscaper had me rolling. So did the Canadians getting out of bed and Tim hortons. I'm about to go get some Tim's coffee I think...that's how canada is taking over America. With a hockey players coffee shop.

Will do! Thank you!! :)
Very welcome!

Yeah if you like that stuff you should definitely check out his MI40 and MI40 X2

Thas was awesome! Then end was great and then the comment about using Reason agains a crazy person with a gun Reason loses. I rolled at that one.

Right the landscaper thing was hilarious.

Okay update time. I got home yesterday and had both a good surprise and a bad situation to deal with and was not able to get to the gym. Probably worked for the best because training Chest on Monday doesn't make all that much sense with the crowds all hitting chest too. I may just opt to start my lifting week on Tuesday to avoid the Monday Chest crowd. However the good is that the rest of my sexy ass stack came in yesterday so here it all is now minus the CONQU3R which is on top of my fridge. :)

Now for the humbling part. Here are my fat boy, shouldn't have stopped my diet and intense training while injured and depressed pictures. I was 200.4 lbs when I took these pictures. That means I lost 8 lbs during the cleanse, and that I have not only gained a decent amount of fat but lost some muscle above just the glycogen depletion. This is why when life gets overwhelming sometimes you should find a way to soldier through. I didn't this time so now it is time to buckle back down & correct my mistake. With my plan of attack and current stack I will be back in the shape I prefer very quickly!

This morning I used my first dose of the DERMASTR3NGTH, and 2 caps of OSTAR1NE, tonight before I go to the gym I will use CONQU3R, take 2 more OSTAR1NE, another 1ml of DERMASTR3NGTH and also 1 EP1C. First impression of DERMASTR3NGTH is that I like the citrus smell not as a cologne or anything it is just a clean smell. Other than that I have to say it dried very quickly and seemed to absorb well as I had no residue once done.

Cool call on starting on Tuesdays... sexy looking stack. From your pics, and knowing you - you will be back to your ripped up self in no time.

This couldn't be more true. It's amazing how quick fat piles up. I've been struggling for a few weeks now , and it's really adding up quick. Can't wait to get back on it hard after I move.

Where did you apply the Dermastrenght?

Curious for a future run.

Have oral str3nght and ostar1ne waiting for me when I came back from my holiday.

Thanks for the support Simon! I am very excited to see how quickly things change with my physique. I know they will change anyway but I am sure this stack will really speed up those efforts.

Absolutely. This year has just been a pretty rough one with lifting and what not. My resolve has not been in it as much. More focused on other areas of life. However that being the case when things got overwhelming it made it quite easy to just allow myself a break. I do think I needed the mental break and that it will show in my efforts to get back to where I prefer to be. That being said it doesn't help at all in how I feel about my current condition. I would like to get back to around this physique and maintain this level of body fat in the picture below. It is doable in the next few months depending on how fast I diet it off.

This time I put it on the front part of my trap and rubbed it into the thin skin by my neck and collarbone. No hair there and the skin is thin. Other places that are also good is inside the inner thigh where the skin is thinner, also when I am manscaped i put TD's directly on the inside of my forearm and then use my forearm to rub them into my core. There is no conversion to a hormone needed with DERMASTR3NGTH so the only real concern is applying somewhere with thin skin and preferably minimal hair. Some people really like the backs of the hands or the tops of the feet too. Feet are great if trying not to transfer. So is core.

It's doable. You and I both know it. That ain't much for you and especially on the nutrition plan you're going to use it may happen damn quick.

I agree with Simon! You'll be back in no time! You've got the attitude and knowledge! No doubt you'll make it happen! :)

Thanks for the tips brother Kleen.

Esspecially with hormonal transdermals I have to be careful cause of my little girl...oh and the wife, lol

That is the plan! Not 100% sure I will drop as low as it says if i clean up nicely in the first several weeks I may increase cals towards the end slightly and just ride it out. Just depends on when i am lean enough to feel confident about my physique.
Thanks bro. Backside is my best part;)

Have to say that this pic turned out pretty well:)
Well except for your front side which is equally impressive.

I agree with Simon! You'll be back in no time! You've got the attitude and knowledge! No doubt you'll make it happen! :)
Thanks Kat! Gotta make myself one of the guys worthy of the avatar twins appreciation. ;)

Certainly, I am very careful regarding that. Don't want my baby girl growing a stache!

Haha you're so sweet! You already are though! :)

On my way to the gym. I decided to take measurements before i went and my left arm is 17 right now and my right is only 16.5 that is from the injured biceps. Lets see what happens during this recovery. My left has always been about 1/4 inch larger so not too bad off but both are down from almost 18 inches.... I bet I have a chunk of that back in two weeks.

Chris just to put things in perspective. I was about where you are at your age with family responsibilities and stuff happening getting in your way. You love training but sometimes life happens. Things will clear up and more and more you time will be your own and then you will be able to follow your dreams. You have responsibilities now first things first, you just do the best you can. I know sometimes it just get to you. As far as the injuries are concerned your new training method will take care of those. You have the mass now it's all about shaping. That in appearance can add one hell of a lot of size without actually going up too much in weight. I know you know all this ... just reminding you or backing you up or whatever.

Agreed completely, at this point I realize I do not have time in my life to try to be an avid bodybuilder. So I will just sculpt what I can and enjoy life as much as possible while remaining in an area I am comfortable with my physique. I am loving learning this new info from MI40 X2 right now and have been working on some other things. I plan on getting nutrition based certification very soon. I will more than likely be getting a PT Cert as well and stop giving what I know away for free all the time. Don't get me wrong I will still give it out but will be gearing up for some way to make money with this since it is my passion. Hey DW, I just realized not sure how things are up there but here if you work for yourself or are a sub-contractor you can write off anything that has to do with your business. You could buy the programs and write them off as business expenses.

Okay so last night was my first MI40 X2 routine and let me tell you it took me to the woodshed and whipped my ass! The weights I was able to use on it were dismal if I were an egocentric lifter. However right now simply focusing on the contractions and muscle tension instead of weight. I ended up failing at several points in the training with weights that I never thought that would be possible. Also I was sweating profusely, not sure if this is a direct result of the DERMASTR3NGTH like others have mentioned or the fact my rest periods were 40 seconds and I also did a Triple Set and a superset in there so rest was truly minimal. Of course the short rest periods had a lot to do with my failing with much lower weights.

This morning my chest shoulders and biceps feel almost unstable in the exhaustion from yesterday. I can tell I am going to be feeling the DOMS by tomorrow morning if not pretty good by tonight.

Got home last night and took 2 caps OSTAR1NE, 1 EP1C, & SCOOP OF CONQU3R did a few things around the house real fast then went off to the gym with a lot of energy and focus. At one point last night my chest was so pumped when I tried to pop my pecs they didn't even visibly move... impressive considering I had only had about 25g of carbs all day up until that point and I have been depleted since i started my cleanse. My total carbs on the diet as written are 123 a day. So can't expect to fill up. However Sunday I get to add an extra 250g carbs to the mix.

Chest Biceps Front Delts Tempo 4-0-1-0, 40 second rest periods

Flat bench shoulder width grip 4x10 - failed on 3rd and 4rth sets even after dropping weight.
Flat Bench grip 4 inches past shoulders 4x10 ended up being 4xfailure as i didn't meet prescribed reps on a few of them.

Triple Set x3 rotations. 40 seconds rest between rotations.
Cable Cross Overs x12 - failed last set
Push Ups x8 - by the final rotation i only got 2 push ups... LMAO!!!
Cable front raise facing away from machine x10 - These are beast mode! failed last set

Super Set x4 rotations 40 seconds rest between rotations.
Prone Barbell Front Raise - man these really crushed the front delts at the top as to where the cable crushed them at the bottom of the movement.
Prone Incline Spider Curl - got a massively good contraction on these!

So there you have it my first real workout in the books and was a mofo!

Hey man, glad to hear that you're going to get some certs. It's definitely time, you're too damn smart and knowledgeable not to be doing what you love. That's what it's all about dude, following that passion and finding a way to make money from it.

Thanks again for those articles :D. I'm going to have look into MI40. This will be the 3rd lifting protocol I look into based on your advice. The first one was from you and Frank Reynolds - DC, then you hooked me up with mountain dog, now MI40 haha! The being joint friendly thing really got my attention, obviously.

Keep up the good work dude, you'll be back to your BAMF self in no time! This I know

Thanks Ed!

Absolutely we could but hard to justify as the guy I am partner with Marshall Page has 40 some years experience and is probably as knowledgeable as anyone. Yah we exchange ideas but he knows enough how to incorporate new idea's. He's always trained with extremely strict form and uses a lot of the same principles in his own training. We definitely have different styles though. When I feel more comfortable with how things are with the business I am going to insist we keep current though. Have to keep learning.

^^good reads above on applying TD's, I know that a lot of people do hormonals on their wrists or inner thighs, but with DermaStr3ngth (because its not hormonal) does it really matter where it is applied, so long as its on a primarily hairless/thin skinned spot?

Right, when it's a precursor you need conversion via skin enzymes such as 17B HSD. Since it's not needing conversion it's just ideal to apply it where it will permeate the best. Like you said thin skin, hairless etc

Thanks Brother! It will take me some time to get where I can contemplate not having my full time job but if i could build things up enough to make that happen I would be ecstatic!

I don't think it would be hard to justify just expanding the horizons. Talking about 100 bucks for the program not thousands or anything. I promise you whatever he knows there is something in there that would really add to the skill set.

Question kleen, since you read some on peptides.

Do you think MGF would work if pinned subq? I know you believe everything goes systematic (and the half life of MGF is 5-7mins) instead of pinning bi lateral into the muscles worked?

I already pin peg MGF on off days (200-400mcg) wanting to switch to standard MGF because of price lolol

Sorry for the derail

No derail at all. I don't think that it would be optimal subq, but if you pop it into any muscle it will make 6-7 trips through your vascular system for the halflife is finished. Fat has far less blood circulation so you would be slowing it down quite a bit going sub-Q. However in any muscle you are going to get introduced into the system pretty damn quickly. See below regarding estimated time it takes for blood to make 1 trip through the vascular system.. On top of this MGF tries to bing to satellite cells where damage has been done and things need corrected or new satelite cells need made because others were damaged so it kinf of "finds" the tissue you just worked out. ;)

How long does it take your heart to circulate the total amount of blood in your body?
(Lansing State Journal, December 01,1993)

For a person at rest, it takes just about one minute. If you are more active, it will take less time. Exactly how long depends on several things: the rate at which your heart beats, how big your heart is, and, to a certain extent, how big you are as well.A person's heart beats about 65 to 75 times a minutes. This is called the beat rate. With each beat, the heart pumps about 60 to 70 milliliters of blood. If you multiply the two values together, you find that the cardiovascular output is just about four to five liters per minute. Can you guess how much blood an individual has?
If you exercise, your heart rate increases, and it decreases when you rest. Your body has a remarkable way of knowing just how much blood should be flowing to properly distribute the nutrients it needs. The primary means of controlling cardiovascular output is by controlling the beat rate with hormones. One, called acetylcholine , acts to decrease beat rate, when you are resting or sleeping. Another, called norepinephrine, increases the rate at which your heart beats, when you are active or excited. The balance of these two hormones helps to keep the rate of your blood flow just right.

So, pinning it IM is ideal but not necessarily in the muscle worked since it goes systematic quickly anyhow?

I might just stick with peg lol it's hard to pin my chest and biceps, always hurts. Peg I just stick subq

Thanks boss

Whew, been trying to catch up all day! Lol ;) Loving the intensity of your new workout!! Sounds awesome! Great job pushing through too! I agree with spaniard! Glad you're getting some certifications and following your passion!! You definitely have a lot to offer and deserve to make some money doing it as well!!

Yeah in any muscle does not need to be the muscle worked. It is silly to believe you will localize any thin injection like that within a muscle it goes sytemic within 1 minute. However MGF has crazy affinity to damaged AKA trained fibers and will bind there preferentially. So you could just pop the slin pin in your thigh every time. I have heard many people state MG directly post workout is a lot more effective than Peg the day after. Remeber Peg screws up the affinity and allows the mgf to bind to IGF receptors in your gut lining just like with IGF-1 Lr3 so you have to cycle it, not the same with MGF or DES 1'3.

Thanks and yeah it has been to crazy to keep up with much of anything.

Okay guys been trying to get in some other logs before updating mine. Olympus Labs has so many great products out now that the logs are piling up with positive feedback!

To uipdate my best friend in the world called me yesterday on the way home from work. He was down from Austin on business and told me he wanted to come by. So naturally I took the evening to be with my boy.

Well just to be clear i woke up this AM and my chest, biceps and front delts are DECIMATED!!!! So sore i can barely even flex them enough to make them harden up. Probably a good thing I didn't jump right in on the next workout and allow some extra recovery because DAMN!!!!! Will more than likely just do 3 of the 6 prescribed workouts this week to break in further and then repeat the entire week next week doing all of the lifts. I have to tell you guys I am really fugging sore!

Also decided to try 1 squirt of Dermastr3ngth at once this AM it is a bit to rub in but I felt mor confident that I was getting the right dose. Seems guys really love the stuff at 200mg so i may just run 1 full pump AM and PM and see if my results echo the masses.

Glad you had a fun time man! Eat, eat some more, and rest so you can hit the workouts without feeling 100% dead!

Glad you had a fun time man! Eat, eat some more, and rest so you can hit the workouts without feeling 100% dead!

AMEN TO THAT!

Okay yesterday was a back day and went like this. 4-0-0 tempo and 40 seconds rest as usual

Seated Cable Rows 10 reps 5 sets plus warm up
Bent Over BB Rows x14 x10 x7 x7 x10 x14
Assisted Grip Chins 3 sets + NOS set
HS High Row to replace Lat Pull Downs at 45 degrees x3

Gym was a bit too busy for me to get the last 3 in so doing them today will be rear delts and triceps movements, and follow up with a little cardio since already there.

On the Dermastr3ngth, I am starting to notice what others have been talking about with vascularity. Mine seems to be returning quickly.

Good New Guys, I just signed up for the NASM CPT Self study with Live Workshop program. I will have my CPT no later than 2/1/15 or have to pay extra. Just don't see that happening. So it has finally begun. I have been afraid to do this for a bit but since I don't love what I do I might as well do what I love if I plan to work extra to make more money.

^^^ 2nd!!! Very exciting news! Great back workout too!

Awesome kleen! Risk to reward buddy, pray it all pans out for you!

Honestly, if it's merely side work for now, there's really no risk besides your initial investment in the certs. Hope it's what you're looking for!

Thanks everyone! Yes Hyde for now this is just for some extra money and to get back into it a bit. My plan will be more nutrition focused as I go but this is the starting point. Hopefully when it is time for me to stop being part of the daily grind I can continue doing this instead of working at Wal-Mart.

bad ass kleen. i've considered the nsam for a while now. if i end up jobless again i think thats where i'll go.

Yeah I know the current times are do more with less for companies so I figure If I can get a base started and got let go maybe I don't HAVE to get another 9-5. Not sure I would ever leave my job with benefits for it unless I was already doing well enough to provide them with everything they need.
