Appreciate the compliments guys! Strength is still going up. I have noticed two sides so far. Appetite is dwindling, and libido is now pretty much gone...no biggee as the cycle is almost over and it just now started to drop. I have some numbers to post later on.

Arms.....much better....!

So this week on BLAST my arm workout went better...although I was coerced to stay up to late the night before I only suffered a loss of about an hour and a half of sleep. Still waiting on my Jack3d. I REALLY wish nutra would have had it in stock because I would have had it yesterday instead of going through a "discount" site and waiting a week to get it. anyway. here are the numbers:

Nothing spectacular but the "alpha" feeling makes me strut through the gym. And I KNOW people are watching.....this stuff rocks. I may have to run a super cycle like 1000mg for 6 weeks. Only if I can muster the money. OH YEAH I sported my new IRONMAGLABS T-shirt today any definetly got some looks. I got the "That's not a BB.com shirt....WTF?" HaHa....if they only knew what I was up to......

I need a rest....

Went to the gym this A.M. and kicked some light legs. Not even going to post them. Did some cable Xovers for fun. My left elbow is starting to get sore again. I think this weekend will do me some good to get some rest. I ahve been pushing so hard on this cycle it is starting to show in my joints. Still feel good overall, although I think I may be catching a sickness....needs to hold off a few more days to blast through the end of this cycle. Anyway, Monday is the last Chest day while ON.....and I got my JACK3D TODAY! Looking to kill it on monday. Until then I am going to take it easy.
 
I hear you on the joints feeling it from the pounding KJ. I have moved the rep range up as well. Hope you feel better big man.
 
as a joint recommendation our Flex Rx is phenomenal. I am using it now, and all my joint issues (which are numerous) are feeling better. I am thinking of adding a bit of Cissus to it to really rock it out
 
Really looking forward to killing it on monday. Still dont feel well today and I am hoping to kick this crap. Not sure what is causing it. I wake up fine and then within a few hours I get a headache and nausea and generally feel like crap. Its sucking the life out of me though. Had a bunch of crap to get sone around the house and accomplished about half before retiring to the couch. I feel gross.

Last day of 1-Andro.....

Well for my final workout while on cycle chest was the most preferred and it went VERY well. Gym was jammed packed as most mondays are but we killed it. Strength is still going up and endurance was great as usual. I aldso kicked that sickness by sunday. Had some Jack3d first thing and off to the gym @ 5:30.

Felt awesome. I am really going to miss this compound. Start the nolva and PCT assist tommorrow AM. Throwing in the T911 after the nolva. Weight this morning was a puzzling 230. Down a bit but I am much bigger in the shoulders, and fuller in the chest and lats. Traps are a bit bigger as well. Arms def. grew a bit. I did not ntice much of a decrease in BF. I think the anti-e's in PCT will drop some water and fat.
 
If you dont mind throwing them in now, that would be great. Then of course post pct. If you are up for that

I think I look wuite a bit bigger in the shoulders chest and pretty much everywhere. I dont think I look any leaner though. Was going to post today but way overate for dinner. Will take tommorrow before I eat!

The difference is your 15 lbs of less fat than me. You have a 6 pack and I do not. Not too mention your much older than me and at my age I would kill to look like you do now. Don't sell yourself short. I am 27 and you have the physique I strive for.
 
Thanks KJ! I've always found it easier to lean up than put size on. 1-Andro deffinitely gave me another option though...
 
I'll hit some more poses tommorrow or friday. Felt kind of flat today but I also dropped carbs to about 50grams today. Got to kick start the fat melting. I amy look in to running IronMagLabs Fat burner through PCT. I think I need to grab a cortisol controller as well.
 
Quick update.

Been sucking down the horrible liquid nolva and 4 PCT Assist a day. Strength and stamina is still way up . Had a ridiculous arms workout this morning. Just felt amazing. Taking new measurements tommorrow and hopfully new pics for you guys!

Good to see that all three of us seen about the same results - nice clean weight gain.
 
Took a well needed day off......

Slept in and ate like a champ. Felt awesome all day. Got a bunch of stupid commitments tommorrow but hope I can get a run in. Will take some new pics of the calves, thighs, traps and tris tommorrow. Still feel awesome though. Considering the mass and strength gains I can say that I feel VERY LITTLE shutdown. Libido took a very small hit towards the end but thats all. Def. no performance problems. I WILL run another cycle of this @ 800 for 6 weeks. I think that would be the Ultimate cycle for lean mass and strength with NO sides. I can't tell you guys enough how AMAZING IronMag has been through this cycle. If they EVER release another hormonal KNOW that it is gonna rock you all. Will post new measurements to include BF% before Monday. Once again..... I'm an IronMag costumer for life.....BTW....does IronMag Have any sposored athletes? Interested in any.....?
 
PCT DAY 6!

So 6 days in to PCT and weight is stable and STRENGTH is Still going up rapidly. Pushed 275 for 7 with no spot on Inlcine BB Press today for chest. Endurance is still great adn libido is bouncing back a bit. Not that it had left the building but it was considerably lower than usual. That nolva and PCT assist is kicking ass. I have measurements to post as well:

OK measurements dont tell the whole truth becuase I wasnt smart enough to measure my shoulders at the begining and I made most of my improvement there;

Calves: 17.5
Neck: 18.25
L Bicep: 17.25
R Bicep: 17.5
Thighs: 25.5
Chest: 48.5 (+.5)

Big Lift increases:

Seated BB press: 185x12 (s) 245x12 (e) (+60)
Incline BB Press: 225x10 (s) 275x7 (e) (+50ish)
DB Pitcher Pours: 35x10 (s) 45x12 (e) (+10 and reps)
Upright Rows: 90x12 (s) 135x10 (e) (+45 + reps)

Great compound for strength and a little size with nearly zero sides and no toxicity!

Could not agree more KJ. It is an easy compound to run. I think if we had started with 800mg from the get go it might have brought a few more gains. Another day I guess... Very nice increases in the lifts big man!

Appreciate the compliments. And I also greatly agree with you on the increased dosage! Not sure if the sides would have increased any but I think there would have been a bit bigger weight gain.
 
kj, I was just wondering, do you think this compound was mild enough that you would've been fine with just the T-911 or PCT Assist for PCT?

Seeing as it converts to 1-test I would say no. I never run PCT without a serm. Whats the point of taking the risk? If getting a SERM is to hard you need to search around for them.
 
You most certainly can use a serm, however I personally never have and never had issues.

Just personal preference. I feel that SERMs are easy enough to acquire and are a guarantee to sucess. I do however agree that in the 600mg range an OTC PCT would probably be fine. 800-1g you would be risking it unless you ran a LONG pct.

Started a new workout regime. I know I am going to get flamed for it but I am using the "freq out" "frequent fryer" program form the new muscle and fitness. It is an absolute ass kicker and in my opinion is the perfrect cutter recomp program. I will let you know how it goes and what it consists of later. Very excited about this. Strength is still good and endurance is still up. Will update more tommorrow.
