Good morning! Today was a push day! My initial thoughts were...oh this won't be bad I won't have to re use the same muscles for a few days. Well, I was underestimating the amount of soreness I would have from yesterday! I think you use your lats for everything! Hahaha

The stimul8 definitely helped me get a great workout today despite the soreness! Figured out that it was not supposed to be superset like I did yesterday! Doing them individually helped! Finished nice and quick allowing me to squeeze in 2 rounds of tabata before I had to leave this morning! :)

Yesterday was a rest day! Every muscle is sore too...nothing like retraining sore muscles! Haha Also realized about halfway through that I was doing dropsets on exercises that I wasn't supposed to. Oops! Lol

Belated bday party.. does this mean we get pics of some kick ass looking cake your making!

Her's is pretty plain this year. She chose One Direction and 5 Seconds of Summer (boy bands) I have 2 other cakes I'm making this week and I get to make the hulk/avenger cake next week. :) I'll post pics if you'd like!
