Good morning! Back to work today. I hope you all had a great weekend! We decided to surprise my daughter for her birthday(this Friday) by painting her room. We got it all finished up yesterday.

I don't have my new plan yet so I decided to do something similar to last week since i'm still sore from last week. Took some videos today but I didn't shoot for the 225 because of the trainer standing beside me. He drives me crazy. Everything I do he critiques! I feel like he's constantly watching me. I appreciate the help but it makes me paranoid. I can see right off on the 215 that I didn't sit back in my hips enough. I can feel the difference but having the video really helps so I can see. Also, realized on the rows that I was standing up too much- stayed bent over on the rest of them but didn't video again.

Forgot to note- I took just under 1/3 a scoop today! This stuff is still crazy! Definitely doesn't loose its effect!

I had never heard of Meadow Rows until I joined this Board, so after reading about them I goggled a You Tube video and gave the a try. They just did not feel productive so I never tried them again. After watching your video yesterday and seeing how you did them I was inspired so last night I went home, build a Meadow Row apparatus for my power rack. I gave them a shot this morning and loved them, my lats are still pumped, Thank you!

Meadows Rows are a bit different than the video she posted. You actually grab the larger circumference of the bar.

That is the way it was in the video, but I did not seam to get much out of them. I did the KAT rows at 4:30 this morning and I still (4pm) have a pump in my lats!!

I wouldn't give up on them yet. Maybe the positioning is slightly off. I have yet to hear that they re ineffective.
 
Thanks Thomas! ...Rocket, I've had to work with my positioning of meadow rows myself. They feel really odd at first but definitely light up the lats if you do them right! I'll video them how I find them comfortable and see if that's any different or better feeling for you!
 
Happy Wednesday! Sorry a little late posting crazy morning at work!!....I can feel a cold trying to come on. I've been taking extra glutamine and vitamin C. So far I'm able to keep it at bay.

Today was arm day! Took 1/3 a scoop as usual today and had a great workout! Arms were super pumped! Left bicep kinda cramped up and is still real sore. Luckily, I have a massage scheduled for tomorrow that my sweet hubby bought me for Christmas!! Yay!!! It's been over a year or more! :)

Slept in this morning and man was it wonderful!!! It was 15 degrees outside and out heater couldn't keep up so it was 63 in the house! Made me want to stay in the bed! Haha I know that's not very cold to you wasme but it's crazy cold for here! ;)

Went in at lunch for cardio! Downloaded a tabata timer on my phone and it was perfect! I didn't have to look at my phone to see the seconds! Just listened to the beep!

Yes she used forearms and elbows! I didn't get the "deep tissue" but next time I definitely will because I wanted it much deeper!!!

Yeah, deep tissue is we here it's at. Painful at first but later on you realize the relief!

My mom does deep tissue massages and once in a great while I'll ask her to massage me. It's tooooooo painful! :'(

Started my new workout today! My new program is a push/pull set up allowing me to get the metabolic effects of a full body but able to lift 4 days out of the week. I really liked it. Took a little longer than I was planning but that was from chatty people at the gym. The supersets kept things pretty intense as well! Avg hr was 150! Strength was pretty good too considering how weak I was this weekend! So glad to be better! The stimul8 most definitely helped give me the energy I needed to train!!
