I'll still be taking KI and defuse just didn't bring the test strips with me

I'll be heading to Cali to see my mom on the 26thz I think I'm gonna ship myself the stuff I'll need rather than carry it on.

I remember seeing something about that. It's just the weekend for me so it's not as long. How many defuse should I be dosing a day if I eat 3 regular meals and generally no snacks. I be been doing 1 when I break my fast, 2 with second meal, and 2 for dinner. I thought that was the protocol but saw another log where it was being dosed different

What you're doing is probably fine -- I think it's more about the cal/fat/carb content in the meals.

If I break my fast with an isolate shake, I've been foregoing any Defuse with it; it might still be beneficial, but I'm only doing mine before meals with more macros (e.g. 1 with 2 Quest bars and then 2-3 before my dinner, as that's when I eat most of my food).

Yeah I usually break my fast with a protein bar so it's similar to yours
 
This mornings workout was fun! Planned on doing legs/cardio but ended up throwing in some shoulders.
I jogged 1.5 miles then did a ton a weighted lunges, legs extensions, and goblet squats. The fun part was the little gym at my friends apartment had a treadwall which is a climbing wall that's on a loop and it was my first time doing one. I did a total of about 10 minutes of that. Yesterday I ended just over 2300 calories (I track them on my computer) but I'm about to start tracking them on my phone so I can give y'all a better idea of where my macros and calories are at more consistently
 
Well today is a little bit of a bummer, I have no idea why but I can't hold any food down right now. Over the past 12 hours I've probably thrown up 10 times. If it keeps up I'll have to go in to the doctors. Because of that no workout today
 
Aw man! I know how you feel. I wasn't throwing up sick, but a horrid cough and severe body pain. Haven't been to the gym all week.:( Hope you feel better quickly..

Think I'm well now, haven't thrown up in about 15 hours and my stomach feels easy and not so upset. Will probably be back in the gym tomorrow. Had my last meal at 5:30 and dosed KI about 7:45. Will have a test up tomorrow
 
Today I have been feeling much better. I forgot to take a pic but this mornings test came out to "trace". I have my last meal about 5:45 and just now dosed KI

Today I did a little bit of fasted cardio. Then did chest and tris. Then later went back for deadlifts and shoulders. I didn't plan on doing all the but my roomates convinced me to go and do deadlifts and I'm happy I did! Weight was up a little bit at 188 today but I also forgot to weight myself in the morning(like I usually do).
My calories were at the right point today but my carbs were a little to high for my liking. I did however only have 30g of carbs at dinner Invalid Link Removed
 
Invalid Link Removedvery poor lighting so it's hard to tell, but it was at "small". I just had breakfast, some pork chops and eggs, so I'm going to test again to see if it kicks me out. It really shouldn't because there's essentially no carbs
 
protein alone can and usually will kick you out unless theres a ton of fat with it

Yesterday was legs
Squats 315 3x10
Front squats 225 4x8
Leg press 3x15 slow and controlled
Lots of calf raises
OH squats on a bosu 3x10
Various ab exercises


I've noticed since i started taking KI that it makes me longer to fall asleep but I sleep better once I am asleep. Also my hunger in the morning is nonexistent

I did workout today but it was pretty pitiful to be honest. I do think I'm starting to hold on to water a little more
 
Sorry I've been a little absent lately but I've got a few things to note
1. I don't have macros for the past few days because I've been eating odd thing (Tripas, menudo)
2. My hunger in the mornings is pretty much non existent
3. Even though I haven't been sleeping as much, I've still been sleeping very well
4. My weight has stayed the same (186) but I'm starting to notice that I'm more vascular
 
Also judging by start date and how much I have left in my tub my KI will be done in about a week so I'm gonna try to kick it up a notch

Today's workout was legs/back

Power cleans x10@135 X10@155 x8@185 X6@205
Superset with pull ups to failure then repeated but with deadlift instead of PC

Legs curls 2 sets to failure
Superset with raised leg pull ups to failure

Calves superset with various ab workout
With all that volume it was a pretty intense workout. Hopefully I can fall asleep fast the next few nights because I'll have to be up at 4 everyday this week
 
Well I messed up this morning and forgot to take a pic of what might have been the darkest ketostick ive had. Hit bis/tris today and was literally just hammer curls and skull crushers to failure for 5 sets. My vascularity has gone up which means fat loss! I have what looks about one more night left so I will get a good workout log in for tomorrow and then on Friday post pics and a review for the stack

FINAL REVIEW

so I would rate this stack a 7.5/10 for fat loss. I went from 189 to 183 in 4 weeks which is pretty good! As far as testing ketosis it registered at least a "trace" amount in my urine tests every time with a few of them being into small and moderate zones. Dosing for both products are super easy. You just have to make sure you bring your defuse with you if you're going to be headed out. The price of the stack is somewhere around $90 but with taking the smaller amount of defuse you will have some left to use on your hefty meals even after the tub of KI is up. KI does not taste great but it's not bad, very tolerable. All in all Matt always does really well with his products and a huge thank you to him for allowing me to log this! I will continue to run KI as I have purchased some myself and will probably throw some updates with that in this thread too. Will post pics shortly

After pics look great - 6 lbs in a month is pretty good progress. Congrats.:)
