Switched it up today. This is a Multi Angle DB Press routine. I really liked it for hitting the pecs from different angles.

Glad you brought this up. I've been keeping the right hand on top during both direction swings. If I switch hands "bad" things happen.

Pinched nerve? Tight scapula? I get tension headaches that can only be relieved with a good scapular massage to loosen things up and get the blood flowing. Wondering if that's whats going on with your dizziness.

It's weird and happens every time I do DB Shrugs. I shrug up and hold for 3 to 5 seconds as I'm squeezing the traps. Maybe an excuse to get my wife to massage that area! Lol. Thanks Piston!!
