Kenpo Recovers With Dieselade

32 oz is a great idea. The whole reason I started using a bottle instead of a shaker was because I was always refilled my shaker halfway through. So I just started w a bigger container and it forces me to stay hydrated to get the aminos I need in. Most people could benefit from a couple extra cups of water while training hard.

This is my prob. I drink 80oz of water intraworkout i fill up my 20oz 4x. So bcaas dnt last. Went to print jugs and these fools want $6 a jug for shipping!!! Im like fck that gas is $1 a gallon and usps just jacked up prices like 20% also.
 
I just started mixing my BCAA and drinking Intra instead of post.

I agree, I have used other supps that came with scoops that had short handles, not a lot of fun!!

The sweetness of Dieselade would allow you to mix a scoop with 32 oz easily.

^^^^ No, I'd do about 2 scoops in 80oz water, maybe 2.5 for my tasting. I'm still not use to flavors during my workout in anything. I have no idea how ppl drink them deep blue, ace-k, heavy sucralose BCAAs in the middle of the workout? Like eating Halloween candy between sets.
 
Interesting note: I didn't wash my bottle that had Dieselade residue in it from yesterday's workout. If I did this with my "other" BCAA supplement, the bottle would start to stink. Not with Dieselade, it smelled just fine.

Omg i did that once w a popular bcaa...stunk so bad. Like chemicals the next day. I had to spray it with bleach.

kempoengineer i tried a "mac water test" and for me I think 1 scoop maxed out at 30oz water. I found this 60oz jug still in an old supplement website order box. Today im going to put a scoop in 60oz and seecwhat that taste like

Hey...buy it for the taste, use it for the gainz. Imma set up a booth and put a pitcher of this in my local gym on ice because sup co's come in there with there garbage a$$ supplements all the time, and I just like asking them all kinds of questions to make them like stupid. Like Advocare,

So will you be adding 1 scoop to a gallon before it is all said and done Mark?

Thank you. Very blessed to have the Den of Iron! I really wish all the lifters in my logs lived closer. Between the lifting, fixing and BBQing, we would be having too much fun!!

I actually have that shirt from an order of few bottles of DTH and E2X - it has rust stains all up on the shoulders from the Tex squat bar on a sweaty summer session. Which I love cuz it just screams all business
