Kenpo is Volatile!

I was almost gonna stay to steer clear of the gym yesterday, but I didn't wanna stomp out your fire, haha. I never lift when I feel like I'm fighting off a cold, it's almost always a sure fire way for me to get sick. I figure if my body is already fighting off infection or illness it doesn't need to be worn out and have to repair itself.

This is my thought as well
 
Interesting note that Volatile will open up your cold clogged sinuses! I've been drinking BCAA's these past 4 mornings and have been adding in a half scoop of Volatile. Bam! Sinuses open!
 
Lol. I'm gonna try that. Pollen has been heavy here the last couple days. As soon as my allergies hit imma take a 1/2 non-PWO.
 
Pollen here has been really bad, I have a black car and it's yellow after being outside for a few hours

Where are you at? That's exactly how our vehicles look. I painted the concrete porch black a couple years ago and it looks a yellowish green right now. It's gross.

Ah. I'm in NE Fl. Bet it's beautiful down there. My grass just started greening up. My yard should be in full bloom in a few weeks.
 
Still down and out with this headcold. Today is day 5 and I'm feeling slightly better. This one kicked my arse. I kept calories at maintenance these last 4 days. Can't wait to get back to my lifting (and life) routines. Take care all.

5 days with a head cold "rest" and I'm busting through some OHP numbers! My heart rate was again lower than usual today and I'm almost positive it's Volatile. This is not a bad thing at all since I train with a HR monitor and always rest between sets until my HR drops to baseline. With the HR lowering effect it results in my volume increasing per session.

You guys are a laugh a minute! Thanks for the support. The shoulder feels fine. I stopped before doing any damage.

Seriously. I'm strong in some of my compound lifts, but not a chance I could do laterals with 30# DBs with a tweaked shoulder. And after all those presses? I'm genuinely impressed.

lower hr is nice...i didn't notice that effect when i ran volatile, but then i wasn't looking for it either. next time i will.

Doesn't help I worked 6 days last week at 12-15 hrs each day. Then 23 hrs tester slept for 3 and worked another 10.

But seems everyone has it.

My sinuses are wide open and Volatile just opens them more. This HR lowering effect only happens after 1 scoop (I'm using 1.5 scoops). I would have never noticed if I didn't wear the HR monitor during my lifting sessions. Interesting phenomena.

Mine was like someone opened the sinus spigot! Everyone at work has this cold. You are putting in some hours brother sixxer!

Usually I don't respond with "the pump" everyone else experiences but today was different. The forms of creatine in Volatile have not resulted in any stomach bloat. I'm liking this PWO so far.
