ok I pushed my luck with the military press lol...roughed up my rotator cuff a little, luckily I felt it going so stopped before I killed it =x

Flat Bench: 160x5x5x5 - Good + drop sets 135x7 115x7 barx14
B.O. Row: 140x5x5x5 - Good
Squat: 205x5x5x5 - Good times
Military Press: 105x5x5x5 - see above.
BB Curl: 75x5x5x5 - pumps hurt again but in lower forearm region...had to use different grips each set
Calf Raise: 510x5x5x5 - too easy...
Dips: BW+35x5x5x5 - Hurt!
Deadlift: 220x5x5x5 - These were SUPER easy today :D warming up with more weight too
Tri-extension: 75x5x5x5 - sucked on last rep, soon I wont be able to pop these over my head, maybe move it sooner
Chinups: BW+20x5x5x5 - easy sauce
Shrugs: 170x5x5x5 - Good stuff

In: 0345 Out: 0520 WT: 177 - Weight is steadily going up :D

Jump roped for a few mins before and a few mins after...its like super cardio and beats my ass so fast lol!

Yah everybody gets problems with the rotator sooner or later it seems.

I talked to my boss about it, he told me to drop down to like 75 or 85 and stay there for a few months, he also said never go past 90 degrees, which is probably the reason my I hurt it lol o.O
 
The 90 degree thing is a good idea for bench as well, especially incline, which is where I jacked mine up a bit. Learned the hard way.
 
I'm glad it was only with 105 pounds =x

It's pretty sore today though, hopefully it will heal up by tomorrow...

28.1 miles cardio...went a little overboard.

1 mile on a bike I got pissed at for being ****ty

26.1 miles on a good bike

3x 100 situps

1 mile on a treadmill at 5.0 incline and 6.0 speed

I dunno why but I decided to start running a mile or so a day, because running is part of Army fitness probably o.O

Edit: forgot the supps lol

Slin-Sane: This stuff must be slightly thermogenic...I haven't sweat from my face for so long, and I was dripping sweat on the floor today...I had nutso energy, the 26.1 miles on the bike took 40 minutes, and I actually had my heart rate above 180 for 20+ minutes, capped it out at 196 the last minute :D
 
I'm glad it was only with 105 pounds =x

It's pretty sore today though, hopefully it will heal up by tomorrow...

I'm cutting it short a bit so I can get a decent 4 day split going for the last few weeks before I go on leave, trying to set up a few dates and want to be sexy :D

By the way...not sure what it was, but the rotator cuff did not hold me back at all today...I was expecting a lame ass day, because it hurt like hell, but I even did some mil press.

Deadlift: 240 (really 243.3) x5x5x5 - I was scared to lift it for some reason...but it was pretty easy lol

Mini Reviews of the supplements I took/finished on this log ;P

Boss is coming in late so it throws my whole schedule off...took 3 slin-sane and a toon of carbs to workout...hopefully hes not several hours late ><

HGHPro: This was my favorite by FAR. most amazing sleep ever. I woke up refreshed no matter how sore I was when going to sleep. 98% of the time I slept excellent. Almost every night I would wake up in the middle, I am not sure if this was something with the supp, or with me being a night shift guy in Iraq and it being damn hot while I sleep, or with me drinking a liter of water with my HGH, but every time I would wake up, piss, and go straight back to sleep. I also woke up about 5 minutes before my alarm the entire time I was on it. I'm holding out for a flash sale again, but doubt I will see one so I will probably end up buying some more. I would recommend this to everyone on earth...stuff was amazing.

Formadrol: Ran this solo to just test what these types of supplements would do for me. I can't attribute any gains to this, because I am still in newbie gain land, but I did get wicked acne and quite a bit of new chest hair (like triple, lmao) Will be running this as a PCT on my first cycle of whatever :D Its cheap and works!

N.O. Ignite: This stuff is amazing. All the way through the tub, just great energy and focus. Sometimes I would be sore as hell and sick and not wanting to go to the gym, but about 10 minutes after drinking this I would be one track mind man...mixability is 100% there are some little seeds that sit on the bottom, wait a few and shake again and they dissolve...flavor is AMAZING...crash is non existant...loved the B-Alanine tingles...also loved the fact that it was a true 1 scoop serving...so 50 servings in the tub :)

FINAL DAY GUYZ WOOOOOOO

I definately went out with a bang...I had all these goals set, which I honestly did not think I would reach when I started this routine...and not only did I meet most of them...I absolutely crushed quite a few! On top of that I now have a good set of PRs, because I was so smoked when I left...

Today was a 5RM day, my final day of HST, I met 95% of my goals, and exceeded my goals in several lifts, so we can say I gave 110% for sure :P

Flat Bench: Goal was 175x5 - I did: 45x10, 95x10, 115x10, 135x10, 175x5, 155x5, 185x4 PR, 200x1.5 PR, 135x10, 155x3, 175x2

Squats: Goal was 235x5 - I did: 135x10, 245x8 PR, 235x5x5x5

Military Press: Goal was 120...but I hurt my rotator cuff a few days ago. I did: 65x10, 95x5, 115x5 PR, 45x15

Deadlift: Goal was 255x5 - I did: 265x5x2 PR, 200x7, 90x7

BB Curl: Goal was 80x5 - I did: 80x5x5 PR, 45x8, 25x10

Calf Raise: Goal was 570x5x5x5: I met the goal. I was pretty smoked by now and just didn't want to load more plates on lol.

Dips: Goal was BW+45x5 - I did: BW+45x9x5x5 PR?, BWx8

B.O. Row: Goal was 155x5 - I did: 110x10, 155x5PR, 110x9

Chinups: Goal was BW+35x5 - I did: BW+35x5x5x5 PR, BWx8

Tri Extension 2h overhead: Goal was 90x5 - I did: 90x4.5 PR, 75x5, 50x5, 45x8

Shrugs: Goal was 185x5 - I did: 185x5x5x5

I decided to add leg press at the end...570x1, and then I said **** that lol.

I then ran 1.0 miles on the treadmill, 5.0 incline 6.0 speed.

Time in: 0245 ---- Time out: 0500! ------- WT: 179 PR :P

Weight was 179, which is an all time high...

I want to give everyone who followed this my thanks, because there were several days when I just felt crappy or was busy doing something else and didn't want to hit the gym, but I cracked it out every single time... My first log is now complete!

P.S. I now have to take a week off...I may make it 5 days...but I am going to take some more pictures after that, since you are supposed to grow most during the rest period at the end.
 
You can sir. I looked at the before and after today, it doesn't look like such a big change, but maybe you guys will be able to tell better than me lol.

On the directions is says not to exceed 60 days of usage. I assume because of the L-dopa and dopamine production l-dopa causes, especially our high extract if L-dopa.
 
Yeah, I bought 2 more bottles the other day, they should be in the mail now. $$ Going to try some half doses and EOD doses. I will crap my pants if half doses work as good as full doses!

Measurements PRE (I didnt have a tape at the beginning...but here is the measurements from 25MAY, about 20 days ago....

Weight @ day 1: Lets go with 175 or so?
Chest: 41
Bi: 14.5
Forearm: 12.25
Waist @ belly button: 33.25
Thigh: 24.5
Calves: 16

Measurements POST - Weight was 179 last I checked, 7 days ago. Will update that in the AM.

UH....when I was measuring myself today I did not think I had grown this much at ALL...most of that chest is coming from my back though for sure, my back is huge $$ I am very much surprised on the rest though :D

Assuming I didn't gain any weight in the past week of sitting on my ass (highly unlikely) I gained 4 pounds of LBM, and lost an inch on the waist...I'd say that is good, especially considering the amount of cardio I did...about 500 miles if anyone was counting, lol.
 
I have to say go get it. I was stuck in iraq a few years ago at a desk job..boo. They did let me out once in awaile.:) But for the most part not so much. To keep myself in the game i went to the gym like crazy about 2 hrs a day 6 days a week. I pushed myself was sick and injuryed myself. So be careful of that. I dont know what base your on but i was on TQ I dont think we even control that base anymore i think it was turned over to the Iraqies since ive been, so hopefully your in a gym that is not in little tents with a heat of about 100 degreee instead cuz that sucked and i know you know what i mean. My best advice make a lifestyle so when you get home you dont put all your hard work at they gym out the window. I myself did my best to keep up and it took me about 2 yrs to gain some of my weight back but I did keep alot of my muscle and mentalty of eating health and working out. My bro n law on the other hand looked amazing while he was over there got home in about 5 months all went to hell. Anyway i only wish you the best. Be smart stay safe and modified. :).

Special Thanks to everyone who followed along with this, I don't think I could have kept at it every damn day unless I felt like people would yell at me for not :) Lots of motivation to! Make sure to stop by the new log, GVT should be absolute hell, and we'll have some fun in there!
 
I do see some positive changes, some good recomp there as well...good first log adn nice results for a Natural product. Now just string a few of these together and over time you will metamorphisize... It's all about the grind day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year...
