Make sure you get your Taurine! I think you said (in your log) that you're taking Tudca. If not, get some of that too. I dose 1g of Taurine before workout, and 1g during. You might try it and see if it helps.

I try and slam 32-64oz of water before my sessions also, no luck.. I always get back pumps on cycle however, it usually kills my squats, deads and rows to the extent of eliminating them almost..

Definitely can be but in your case since you cut out carbs you may want to eat plenty almonds as a natural source of potassium, and or supplement with it as well and take some taurine. Do lower reps and more sets on deads if you don't want back pumps. Same with squatting, then hit your leg press for the higher rep and volume things. Also do supported rows during a cycle if you are prone to back pumps. None of this will effect your growth negatively. You need to add in potassium! Something about the designers I have forgotten what exactly make it harder for the body to process potassium which is where a lot of the pump comes from. Ive known it can be an issue just not to such a degree. Especially since I rarely get back pumps And this is probably cycle 15 or 16 for me. Funny u mentioned almonds I have a couple handfuls with each meal.
I get back pumps that can end workouts... I also get calf and shin pumps so bad once I was out for a walk at lunch and was on my way back it got so bad I had to stop for a while. I honestly couldn't make myself suffer anymore just to be back to work on time. That was even with taurine. Now that I learned to supplement potassium as well they are far less severe if I do get them.
Allergies suck ass! My wifes got so bad this weekend it gave her a nose and throat infection.
That one was the beast of all beast for me. The Original Super DMZ with 10mg Superdrol and 10mg DMZ per cap at 2 caps per day. Compare that to the last big cycle I ran which had 50mg DMZ, 50mg Halo, 40mg Max LMG and was able to control my pumps. I did get some shin and back pumps then but nothing that stopped me in my tracks.Wow sorry dude. I will consider myself very fortunate. What was the cycle?
Houston Tx we went through a dry spell then just got some rain so everything is growing and spewing its allergens at full force right now. On top of that the mosquitoes are so big they are bullying the mosquito hawks... they are throwing gang signs and all claiming they are Bloods!Yea really bad this year. I've had those sessions where the back pumps were so intense I could barely leave the gym.. Walking arched and akward..
I gotta try front squats bro, I've honestly never done those or rack deads..
What!?!? Never done front squats?? I'd definitely recommend trying the with dumbbells or kettles first. I find it awkward to do them with the barbell.

Today was day 9 weight 189. Workout was as follows: Leg extensions warmups: 50x10 60x10 70x10 Front Squat: 115x8 115x8 135x8 135x8 155x8 155x8 185x8 185x8 225x8 225x8 Kettlebell Front Squats: 2 24kg kettlebells 3 sets 9 reps. Leg Extensions: 60x15 70x15 80 x15 Seated Calf Raises: 2 sets of 50 reps 130lbs. Seated Crunches: 50lbs 100 reps Alot of endurance today. Huge pump in my legs. Legs have gotten noticeably bigger before this workout,my jeans are tighter. Alpha feeling is still there to.
