How harsh would it be to stack "The 1" with something like Iron Flex Diabolix?
The1 although methylated is not overly harsh and is a great stacker so I personally see nothing wrong with this stack.
 
Day: 2, weighed in at 189. Feeling good already which is most certainly placebo but i'll take it:biggthumpup:
I did arms today and workout was as follows:

Alternating DB Curls: 40x14, 45x12

Super Close Bench Press (hands on smooth): 135x12 155x12 185x12 225x9

Straight Bar Curls: Bar Onlyx8 65x9 85x9 105x9

Pull Down Machine Tricep Press Down: (very slow) 60x15 70x15 80x15

Seated Alternating Curls: 40x12 45x12

Close Incline Bar Pushups: 3x25

Great pumps today and people noticed. I have a feeling this is going to be a splendid ride my friends.

Btw I am keeping carbs low after my indulging on vaca. Last couple of times i did D-plex carbs were low, i was shredded and muscles were full. I may see how that works again.
 
Day 3: Weight 188

Today was leg day and workout was as follows:

Leg Extensions: 50x8 60x8

Front Squats: 95x8 135x8 135x8 185x8 225x8 245x6 245x6

Kettlebell Squats:(1 24KG Kettlebell each hand) 3 Sets of 24KGx12

Leg Extensions: 60x12 70x14 80x14 90x14 10x18

Single Leg Extensions: 2 sets of 30x18

Seated Calf Raises: 3 Sets 120x55

After a long break squats are always tough to get back into a groove. Strength was a bit down but over all I was happy to get through all sets I wanted to. Had a great pump at the end and am optimistic I will have better leg day next week.On a side note I was also very sweaty today! Which is good hope to shred up quick.

I had been doing heavy back squats prior to focusing on front squats. So I have only been doing fronts for maybe a month now. Just wanted to mix it up and see what I could do on front squat.
 
Day 4 was'nt to eventful other than starting to get that alpha male feeling.
 
Day 5: Back Day workout was as follows:

Chin Ups: 2 sets of 10

Reverse Grip Barbell Bent Over Rows: 135x15 135x10 185x10 225x10 245x8 185x15

Lat Pull Downs Wide Grip: 130x12 140x12 150x12 160x12

Straight Arm Pull Down: 40x12 50x12 60x12

Close Grip Chins: 5 Sets of 12

Machine Crunches: 60x105

Back was very pumped today. Feeling harder starting to look thicker. Vascularity slightly up. Reverse grip rows were solid. I opted not to use straps so I did not go to 275 today. May try 275 for 8 without straps next week. Will also try to throw a progess pic up soon.

Not yet. I rarely get back pumps and have never had to use taurine.

Make sure you get your Taurine! I think you said (in your log) that you're taking Tudca. If not, get some of that too. I dose 1g of Taurine before workout, and 1g during. You might try it and see if it helps.

I've been dosing 6-9G a day of Taurine..
I try and slam 32-64oz of water before my sessions also, no luck.. I always get back pumps on cycle however, it usually kills my squats, deads and rows to the extent of eliminating them almost..

You need to add in potassium! Something about the designers I have forgotten what exactly make it harder for the body to process potassium which is where a lot of the pump comes from. The taurine helps with the process but adding in extra potassium will help.

Definitely can be but in your case since you cut out carbs you may want to eat plenty almonds as a natural source of potassium, and or supplement with it as well and take some taurine. Taurine is very cheap so pick it up. YOu can get 500-1000 grams for $12-20

Do lower reps and more sets on deads if you don't want back pumps. Same with squatting, then hit your leg press for the higher rep and volume things. Also do supported rows during a cycle if you are prone to back pumps. None of this will effect your growth negatively. Think maybe a 5x5 or 8 sets of 3 for the back pump causing issues and then your 10-15 reps on the supported things like supported rows or leg press.

I've actually been eating more and more Bananas lately, even though I hate them to help.. I also grabbed some potassium supps.. Today is leg day so we'll see how it goes.. Gunna take your advice on the low rep, more sets.. Also going to do squats towards the end of my session.. I was beginning to think my Taurine was bunk lol j/k

Back Pumps are always the worst side for me on cycle.. Other than that, I'm always gtg..
 
Been a member since 2006. My post count is just very low and doesnt match my join date . I think 2006 was my first cycle Propadrol.
 
Okay so saturday was an off day and nothing much to report. But I have been having issues with allergies and been feeling out of it which obviously affects the cycles mood enhancing. But I do feel more alpha than usual.
 
I get back pumps that can end workouts... I also get calf and shin pumps so bad once I was out for a walk at lunch and was on my way back it got so bad I had to stop for a while. I honestly couldn't make myself suffer anymore just to be back to work on time. That was even with taurine. Now that I learned to supplement potassium as well they are far less severe if I do get them.

Yesterday was Day 7 weight was back to 189 but leaner. This was chest day and workout was as follows

Dips: 2 sets deep for the stretch 20 reps each

Dumbell Flat Bench: 55x15 65x15 80x12 85x12 90x12

Seated Chest Press Machine: 125x20 150x16 175x15 200x13

Incline Barbell Pushup: 3 sets of 30

Machine Dips: (deep and slow) 5 sets 15 reps minute rest period

Ok nice full pump. I did feel stronger but opted not to go higher on dumbells as a slight shoulder injury is holding me back. It gets better daily so I dont want to hinder its recovery. I have had no sides so far. Hopefully this week the cycle really ramps up.

That one was the beast of all beast for me. The Original Super DMZ with 10mg Superdrol and 10mg DMZ per cap at 2 caps per day. Compare that to the last big cycle I ran which had 50mg DMZ, 50mg Halo, 40mg Max LMG and was able to control my pumps. I did get some shin and back pumps then but nothing that stopped me in my tracks.

My first designer cycle was IBE Epistane @ 40mg (and whatever it was that tainted it) I dont remember now but I got the gnarly batch and 200mg of Furazadrol a day. I couldn't do cardio on that one. I tried but 5 minutes in I wouldn't be able to go any longer because my shin pumps were just brutal... Heck even walking to the car got me pumped on that one. I actually quit that one 2.5-3 weeks in...

Houston Tx we went through a dry spell then just got some rain so everything is growing and spewing its allergens at full force right now. On top of that the mosquitoes are so big they are bullying the mosquito hawks... they are throwing gang signs and all claiming they are Bloods!

Yep I have managed to finish some leg workouts but by the time I was done I hobble to the locker room and laid on a bench for 15 minutes waiting for it to subside so I could drive. So now I am golden.

Alot of endurance today. Huge pump in my legs. Legs have gotten noticeably bigger before this workout,my jeans are tighter. Alpha feeling is still there to.
 
I gotta try front squats bro, I've honestly never done those or rack deads..

What!?!? Never done front squats?? I'd definitely recommend trying the with dumbbells or kettles first. I find it awkward to do them with the barbell.

for injuries lgi secretabridge has been a miracle for me and some people i know. it basically healed injuries chronic and acute in 2-3 days. im not sure if it's the laxogenin or the other ingredients so i would use secreta, despite iking olympus a lot and them also offering a laxogenin product.
