It's my rest day as well... And it's cruddy weather :-(.

My two boys are 10 and 8, and my daughter will be 7 next week. Good age and fun to play with. They teach me much more than I teach them especially in the patience arena. Father's Day is this weekend so when I wake up I'll be like get away from me I'm sick of you guys...
Hahaha yeah right!Those are good ages! Your daughter is still at the sweet age! My daughter is 13 and my son is 6! They definitely do a great job teaching patients! God just watches and laughs! Lol

3 boys! I bet your house is never still, quiet, or have many groceries! I can't imagine my son when he's 13! He keeps me laughing! Boys are so much different than girls!Enjoy them now!! I have 3 boys, 13, 13, and 6. The oldest are step-brothers. And I wish they were both 6 again haha !
Well it's a no go on the cardio after work. A storm blew into town- the kids are home alone and scared because the power is flickering. Guess I'll have to stick to resting on my rest day! Haha
Side note- I have successfully taken all 4 doses of the C2K today! I'm really liking it so far! The slight energy I get from it is nice and clean not stim effect at all- which is nice!

I didn't have praise team practice tonight so I came home for a few before picking them up. The rain has cooled it off though so that's nice! So glad it's cleared up for you! What's on it? Every once in a while I run CLR through the coffee maker a couple times. When I'm done with it, while it's still hot, I pour it in my shakers. Cleans them real good.

Hubby got free tickets to the golf US Open tomorrow and we are going together!The downside- I found out I won't get to train tomorrow... Sooooooo what does a girl do??!! She grabs her gym bag and heads in for a quick little leg workout! Had I known I wouldn't be training tomorrow, I would've adjusted my sessions throughout the week! Legs were a little stiff from the sprints this morning and there were entirely too many people in my way! Haha
I made the best of it though and had fun switching things up! This was very quad focused today! Grow quads grow!! Leg press 140x30 Single leg SLDL 50x12 60x12 70x10 Hack squat (plate loaded) 140x12 230x10 230x10 Superset (this was challenging moving the weights on and off after training shoulders this morning!!!!) BB squats with heels on plates 95x12 115x10 135x8 155x3 SLDLs 135x12 155x10 175x6/135x6 drop set Tampered with the hack squat (cable machine) just to see how I like it 130x20 115x30 Leg press drop set ( time between sets was just to remove plates) 500x8 410x10 320x12/calf press x30 230x15/calf press x30 (toes out-plié) 140x25( 4 sec pause at bottom) /calf press x30 Total time was about 40 mins. Nice and simple but legs hurt- should be nice for walking around tomorrow! Now to cook dinner and finish a cake pop order!
