Awesome! On the skull crushers, try spacing your hands differently to help shoulder pain. I use an EZ bar and that really helps.

This. The cambered bar helps a lot with either shoulder or elbow pain.
Different wrist position will help too. Wrists back at the bottom straight at the top.

Same here on the temp. Keep the house really cool. Try doing the skull crushers to the back of the head. This puts your arms more vertical and usually releases some of that tension that's prone to the elbows.
Congrats on such excellent pullup progress! I know so many ladies lighter & smaller than yourself that can't do a single chinup - they just don't have the muscle mass & can't understand that being light isn't enough. You have to earn it! Looking good!

Well we are being a family of bums this weekend! Lil man officially has the flu and I didn't win the fight with my cold! I've been in the bed most of the day other than helping my son. Finally ate about 2:45. Luckily, lil man's fever is much better today and I'm not running any.
