Happy Wednesday!! Today was a great workout! Probably the best I've felt by the last exercises strength wise! Even added more chin ups at the end! One day I WILL be able to but out 100 of those bad boys like kenpoengineer ... Not necessarily the insane added weight though lol Chin ups Assisted to wu Bw x 8 failure Bw x 8, 8 assisted, 8 assisted drop set all to failure **found a stool yay!! Cable crossover 17.5x10 wu 27.5x8 failure 27.5x8, 22.5x8, 17.5x8 drop set all to failure Heavy DB side lateral (bottom partials) 10x10 wu 20x35 20x35 20x35 Close grip bench 45x8 wu 85x8 failure 85x8, 75x8, 65x8 drop set all to failure Bb curls 35x8 wu 45x10 failure 50x8, 45x8, 40x8 drop set all to failure Leg press 350x8 wu 620x8 failure 630x8, 575x8, 530x8 drop set all to failure This almost had me in tears!! I usually drop a couple of plates at a time but I decided to just do 1! Holy moly!!!! Lol BB lunges(all reps on 1 side) 95x10 failure 95x8, 85x8, 75x8 drop set all to failure Chin ups Body weight 3 sets of 8 with 6-8 sec hold on last rep.
Puttin me to shame with sessions like these!!
