Kat's getting lean with Ostar1ne

Happy Wednesday!! Today was a great workout! Probably the best I've felt by the last exercises strength wise! Even added more chin ups at the end! One day I WILL be able to but out 100 of those bad boys like kenpoengineer ... Not necessarily the insane added weight though lol Chin ups Assisted to wu Bw x 8 failure Bw x 8, 8 assisted, 8 assisted drop set all to failure **found a stool yay!! Cable crossover 17.5x10 wu 27.5x8 failure 27.5x8, 22.5x8, 17.5x8 drop set all to failure Heavy DB side lateral (bottom partials) 10x10 wu 20x35 20x35 20x35 Close grip bench 45x8 wu 85x8 failure 85x8, 75x8, 65x8 drop set all to failure Bb curls 35x8 wu 45x10 failure 50x8, 45x8, 40x8 drop set all to failure Leg press 350x8 wu 620x8 failure 630x8, 575x8, 530x8 drop set all to failure This almost had me in tears!! I usually drop a couple of plates at a time but I decided to just do 1! Holy moly!!!! Lol BB lunges(all reps on 1 side) 95x10 failure 95x8, 85x8, 75x8 drop set all to failure Chin ups Body weight 3 sets of 8 with 6-8 sec hold on last rep.

Day 6
Got to sleep in a bit today! Woke up 10 mins before my alarm went off in the same exact position I fell asleep. I don't think I moved all night! Fell back asleep before my alarm went off and then again afterwards! Oops! Lol

Not much to report as far as the Ostarine goes...since its been cold, I haven't been as bothered by the rise in body temp! Lol I have been hungry this week but I cut back on my calories. I'm feeling good, a little tired but that runs in cycles. Feeling leaner week by week! So ready to have a lean muscular body! Can't it happen already??!! Lol

Went at lunch for a little conditioning. Just had fun with it today!

Just trying to compare all these logs. I've seen a few people unimpressed with Osta while bulking but it should be good to retain lean mass and strength while leaning out

Certainly osta is not a bulker. Should it help ad more bulk than what you would without it if bulking? Yes, but not by a lot. However from what I have seen the ladies who use it seem to get pretty good effects out of it compared to the guys.

Lol I can't blame you! I want to lift every day so I can eat more carbs! I got used to having them! Haha I'm learning a lot through this process though as I'm sure you are, working with Matt.

Osta might be something for the wife to get back in shape after having my baby's :P

I remember the early osta threads that people talked about dull headaches, and i had some the first time i ran osta, i think it starter for me about 3 days in the cycle and was on / off for 6 days and stopped after that.
The last cycle of osta i did i did not get that :)

thats been my experience so far.. dull headaches from day 2 or 3 until about day 10. Hasn't been as bad the last
3 or 4 days. Today is day 14. We'll see if it continues to get better.

Today is my 2nd day taking osta in PCT and I have a dull headache.

Only doing them for conditioning but I really like them! Don't have the flexibility in my wrists to flip them back so I have to rack it and cross my arms.

Even had a guy come up as say I was his female hero, when I was doing pull ups. Said my form was spot on, on my deads! Awww so sweet!! >.<

Chris, thoughts on running Osta for 6-8 weeks, leading into say Tr3st/Tr3n for 6? (hope you dont mind the question Kat)
 
wasme Sides wise the only thing I see you worrying about there is using some formestane or Arimistane to keep e2 levels at normal with the Osta other than the obvious HPTA issues. However a good PCT should take care of that.

Obviously E2 issues are not something for Kat to worry about...

My big one LOVES to sprint out of the house and run away! We also found a fresh fish market with sushi grade fish!!! Had salmon last night for dinner! It tasted amazing! Sushi made any way is good. I'd be fine throwing all the incrediants in a bowl and just mixing it up, but I'd probably hit 10000 calories easy lol!!

Good morning! Last day of work for the week! Woohoo! We had crab cakes for dinner last night! Haven't made them at home in forever! It was quite yummy!! Also made bread for the dressing with enough left over dough for 2 pans of rolls and an extra loaf of bread!! Wow, did it make a ton or what? Next time, I may cut the recipe in half! Lol Luckily, it's a fairly healthy recipe.

Went for conditioning this morning! My lower back and calves cramped up pretty bad! Not at the same time though, thankfully! Lol Overall, a nice quick way to burn almost 600 calories! (Missed having my hr monitor)
