Good morning! Was running a bit behind this morning so workout got cut short. I will finish it at lunch though. I did incorporate jump rope between sets to keep HR up and get in a little cardio. I had a nice sweat going too! Really felt great this morning!! I am loving the strength--just ready to start loosing! Not sure why my body likes to react opposite to how it's supposed to act when I cut calories. Not feeling lean at all but I'm following the plan. Just waiting on results.

**middle back is still really sore from Friday - really had a hard time stabilizing.

Also got stopped by someone wanting to talk after 145- was way too long! Although I was out of time, I tried to squeeze the rest of my squats in but I had waited too long. My back was really bothering me. :(

Nice workout Kat. Lots of volume and some pretty heavy weights as well.
