First thing you need to do is join Kat in the BPS week 3 challenge, you have been called out!! But with only 3 days, have you considered an HST program? It did wonders for me at 3 days a week

I like it, the only thing for is it looks as if they've isolated the passenger into their own little cell. Looks like a small wall between them and the driver.

Here's today's workout. I felt pretty good today. Upper back is still tight and piriformis is bothering me a bit but not too bad. Yesterday was a rest day. We had our church thanksgiving meal last night. I didn't go crazy but I enjoyed what I did eat! I think it helped fuel my workout today too! Haha

Haha yep, I sure did! I wanted to fall down and stretch but had to keep pushing! Thank you Thomas! My whole body hurts right now but at the same time, I want to do it again Monday! Lol
 
Hubby was basically fussing at me this morning when I got out of bed because he said..."you're loosing weight...you are, aren't you?!" he kept repeating it. He like me much heavier than I am(how I was when we first met in high school) Although he meant it negatively, I took it as a compliment because, I have been fighting it for a LONG time! (I feel like my hormones and such are finally balancing out) Crazy thing is, I've only lost 4lbs!

Yeah. Me too. Im finally getting mine as close to being in check as Ive ever had, but this time of year is so hard for most people to stay within their parameters. I am literally planning on nothing but turkey and green beans on thanksgiving so I can have a small piece of pumpkin pie. Youll do good
