Had a patient bring us doughnuts…I didn’t have any but went to take pics and funny thing is they were already half gone. Our girls don’t play when it comes to food.
Breakfast was the usual- Rice pudding and protein shake pre and post workout.
Lunch was same I had last week- I just froze a few extras for this week. Egg roll in a bowl with rice
Dinner was Honey Garlic Shrimp, brown rice and broccoli. Was supposed to be chicken but apparently the pack I bought from Costco was bad. Had to throw it away and find something to thaw quickly.
Ps…muscles are already hurting! Tomorrow should be fun.
