dang K. Cutting and still putting up huge weight. You deserve a sponsorship.
are wearing boxer briefs better than just wearing boxers for deadlifts? I always wear them for squats after tearing all my nice boxers
Gotchayes. same problem.
kabuki-
Since you squat/deadlift quite heavy, have you ever had any lower back issues b/c of this ?
hey bud,
what program do you use to edit videos?
thanks in advance.
Pm must not have gone through. imovie on a mac
my new monolift i built doesn't fit in the house...which makes the wife just thrilled with it being in yardnice vid of outside squats, must be a nice change
my new monolift i built doesn't fit in the house...which makes the wife just thrilled with it being in yardbut i'm hoping she gets tired of what is going to be a growing number of equipment in driveway...and decides to let me expand the shop so i have room for the full gym i want. Been pushing for that for years with no success...but think she is caving this next year
its to bad there was so much stuff in the driveway to make that happen

you gotta make a barstand tabledesk thing countertop and put it in front of the monolift to pretend its actually a bar ! then hit the super secret kabuki button to transform it back into a mountain of steel blood and guys
Had a killer headache yesterday but decided to do a little training anyway. Some speed deadlifts followed with a couple rack pulls.
Speed Deadlift
Warump then
600x1x1x1x1x1x1 w/45-75 seconds rest
Rack Pulls – Below knee
Warump then
705x3
Pull Thru’s
#5x15x15
No straps or wraps used on any pulls. But I did have my briefs on. Felt real easy.
yeah pretty much.I like the driveway setup. It seems pretty hardcore lifting outside. It seems like you had a lot of trouble lowering 715, but it didn't look that bad on the way up.
what do false grip barbell rows do?
I know some people do bicep curls flase grip and it takes the forearm tension off. and for chest it eliminates the elbow stress.

I was looking at replaced my old belt with holes for that belt above. Does it make a big difference if it is 10mm or 13mm ? I like how it has a lever instead of holes, so there's a custom fit.
Also too have you ever used a manta ray for squats before ? I'm thinking about getting one of those as well as I have trouble balancing the bar occasionally.
The 10mm is a good training belt. i've never used one as i use the 13mm leather. the 13mm does take ahwile to break in. i've heard good things about the 10mm. sure your fine either way.
Don't buy a manta ray for your primary squat days. They can be used occasionaly to do something different or when wanting to relieve some strain on upper back.
If your having trouble with balance your not holding the bar correctly or you don't have enough upper back development. plain and simple.
There should be a pocket that forms when you setup to squat. Below the peak of your traps and on the back of your shoulders. I'll take a picture this weekend. There is a line accross my back where i hold the bar that becomes more visible the 3-4 days following heavy squats when it gets more red. A close up may show it as its there pretty much all the time.
I forgot to take that picture so I fixed yours. See that shelf in the hole below the traps and the back of the delt. I know it looks like the bar will roll off back but it is in fact a nice shelf and supports the bar all the way across your back from shoulder to shoulder.Sure that sounds good. I'd like to see that pic.
Judging by the mantra ray's placement, it seems too high and looks like it sits literally on the base of the neck.

With real heavy weight (700+) I actually lift the bar off the rack with the bar higher on traps but it immediately forms into that shelf when I stand erect.
