yeah that will be the plan when i get my body into shape, but i weighed in today at 176lbs, confused at losing all hat weight but ill get it back.

i think i will get to 170lbs ish at 10% and then go back to a 5x5 strength routine. after looking at different weigh classes i could probly o up to 185 in the future but i would like t see what im like at 170lbs
 
just wondering what would be a good aim for strength? long term here not short term goals once i hit 170 lbs at 10% ???

strength could be very influencial in my ground game as im not technically skilled on the ground, im a stand up fighter hence the kickboxing / boxing back ground

hey guys small update my weight has went back up to 178lbs and i have 1 week left of bulking before i try drop my fat levels down and then, re asses i dont know what i will look like at 170lbs 10%bf as some people look bigger when low bf and some prople look very small , so ill have to have a look.

any ideas how long i will have to cut for to get down to 170lbs wth minimal muscle loss.
