1- I dont know how to dose dhea and when to drop.
2. what week should i start to use a NO product?
3.Do you guys think i should save AX for a another time, does it make sence to run pcs and ax back to back?
4=dumb question.. after pct i will havr 26pills left... what should i do with them? run them in the summer/sping 10mg/10mg

2b. what a good NO product?

Looks good. I don't really understand your question, but make sure you take something like Cycle Support during the weeks you're on epistane, and then take something like Post Cycle Support after your cycle, with the 6-oxo it looks like you already have. Pretty high dose of taurine you got going there, any reason?
 
i think he does have the CS and PCS:icon_lol: and yeah, your epi and taurine doses are both a lil on the high side. . . why 6 weeks @40mg?? and taurine is more like 4-6g/day

If AX = Activate XT then,yes that would be good.
5g of taurine a day should be fine.
Thats a lot of Epi over 6 wks,i were you,i'd do 30/30/30/40/40/40.

i got CS(cylce support) and PCS(post cycle) Well i always take 10g of taruine daily, i just wanted to take a extra 5g at lunch time or in the morning.. i take 5G pre and post
 
man! you should have gone with reversitol for OTC stuff...its a natural test booster, libido booster, and beats the cost of using 6oxo, activate, and pcs...its all that in one.

Good luck with nolvadex...its made my first havoc cycle totally not worth it at all because of the raised prolactin effects and crappy libido..

However everyone is different and everything you have Is tried and true, I would reverse the 6oxo and tapper up against the SERM. Then once the SERM is finished start tapering off the 6oxo, or just wait until the SERM is done and start the 6oxo

:dance:I dont understand why you run epi for 6 weeks... do it for 4 to 5 max, most sides start to come out at week 6

That would work but really no need to run Post Cycle Support at 6 caps a day go 4/4/4/4:head:

no one know the half life of havoc...if I had to guess based off my feelings, people running 40/ of nolva first week are way overdoing it because my strength and pumps/bp are still through the roof for the entire first week off meaning havoc is still in the blood for a while. So no reason to overdo the first week.

Papa's recommended PCT:
Nolva/Tamox (taper down)
Test Booster (Diesel Test Hardcore for example)

Good luck and try to keep your PCT simple and logical, not overkill and confusing (and expensive).

i guess u know like lean ext.. im goin to drop the AX, i dont think it makes sence to run 2 boosters at the same time, is it safe to run 8 weeks of a test booter after a PH?

I don't think "safe" is the topic of chioce here. I think "financially sane" is. If a test booster isn't doing its job in PCT after a couple weeks, you need to get a better t-booster or alter your dosing. The point of a t-booster in PCT is to get your natty T up and running to a normal range. That shouldn't take 8 weeks, IMO. 8 weeks on some of these products is going to cost you an arm & a leg Bro. A bottle of DTH wil suffice I think and that's ~4 weeks I believe (depending on how you dose it).

And I never said I didn't like a particular product. I simply used DTH as an example.

Brolic...my friend...again...I would start CS 2 weeks in advance or at least run milk thistle and hawthorne berries:icon_lol:

I personally believe DHEA is best for PCT...it also has some anti-cort properties...although 7-OH(lean extreme) is better(not suppressive). I don't believe running it in cycle is a good idea, but I know some will argue that. 50 mgs. DHEA should suffice...maybe 75 max....but I like 50

Feedback varies on this though...

I'll tell you one thing... my body started to feel like **** by the end of week 5 on Epi. Weight gains stopped around the beginning of week 5 as well for me.

Anyway, I'm on board for this one.
 
DHEA dosing

DHEA 50mg in am and 50mg in PM-
fights shrinkage, lethargy, and libido! I'm on week 4 of Havoc now and I've had no shrinkage, still nice libido, and energy is fine. :head:
 
I was taking 75-100mg of dhea to combat lethargy when i ran hdrol.... my boy told that it worked for him.. i will try the 50/50

i dont know if u should use dhea in pct...?

how did u dose epi? the reason i wanted to do a 1week of preloading is bc i have just about 8days of CS left from my last Run, but maybe i will just get ome milk and some HB from gnc


I have everything i need from PCT but CS and creatine and a NO product and i can pick up dhea anywhere. i wont need the Cs till week 7 or 8

Can you guys suggest a good No product
 
I'm in for this. When will you be starting? After running a 6 week cycle myself I would probably recommend a 5 weeker. That last week was a little bit of a beating with lethargy and a sore back even with taurine.

I guess DHEA isn't suppressive after all...Huh. Has anyone ever heard of this before? Or am I mistaken. If running DHEA in PCT isn't necessarily recommended until week 2 or 3 then how can it be okay for a cycle?

Just interested...I know that it is okay(recommended) to run it on off days of a pulse(of havoc or epistane) due to possible estro rebound.:think:

SOON. I start a new job this week. I have been preloading for 5days now.. my taruine and my 2nd bottle of epi shipped yesterday.
I dont think im going to preload for 2wks.

I will starting a new log. I will logging 2x a week.

GOALS: 225 to 240 by may with min fat gain
 
a good Pre-Workout product for NO/Creatine is ragnarock, although it doesn't have the caffeine kick I would like. I still like Superpump250 and NOxplode, although I hate the companies that make them... gaspari less so than bsn.

I really want to try Hemodraulix for my Mdrol PCT as a NO booster... it has AA in it too, which I find interesting enough to try.

Hawthorne berry is very important it takes a couple of weeks to build up in your system to be effective for blood pressure control. I would also pre-load the Cycle Support at least 10 days:head:

We do it is called Life Support. It is the exact same thing as Cycle Support except it i capped and it is 1/2 the dose of Cycle Support.:head:

Yea, it seems very similar to cycle assist. Either Life Support or Cycle assist will be GREAT support supplements for your cycle if you want to dose in pill form. I know I for one am taking that route from now on.
