Jump starting with I force's Intimidate and Reveritol V2 *sponsored*

Not trying to piggyback on mkretz' thread too much, but I can say that 6 days on Intimidate so far has given me deep sleep, vivid dreams, and a visible leanness while maintaining my weight. Strength is definitely up; no change in libido. I'm a teacher, and sometimes I can only get 5-6 hours a night of sleep. Can't remember the last time I dreamed, not even on weekends. A bigger plus for me is that I'm refreshed upon waking up now too. I'd say that so far, Intimidate is a solid recovery product and it's helping me break some strength plateaus in the gym.

i know u lvoe me stacked haha............. i will continue to run the stack, sleep was great again lat night, and i aid my legs werent feeling it cuz it was supposed to be a quad day, wo i made and adjustment, tday I will hit legs together which i omething i havent done in about a month and a half, i have been breaking it up, feeling good right now, looking forward to not being able to walk for the next few days haha, wait till u see this workout!

I tell you what, I might not be the bigget guy, even when i was at my best, but I will tel you one thing, and people that know me will tell you the same.....you will not outwork me LETS GET IT!

leg ext FST -7 stle ( 30 seconds rest, queezing and flexing the quad during the rest), all very controlled reps with squeezes at the top...after the last set I flexed the hell outta my quads and it might have been the worst burn i have ever felt but man was it rewarding!!!!!
 
how do you guy do glute bridges (if at all) do you set the weight down between rep....eplode up and squeeze or jsut go up and down, jsut tryin to get some ideas...... btw, i dont think ill be trianing legs fr a while, gonna need to recover! I also did a decent amount of bike riding today too so i put the calories up to 3700......

cool, thanks....these really a re a killer, im lookin for new ways to hit my glutes, tehy seem to be hard to target directly..........also a little update on myself......weight has been about the same however my chest seems to be a bit bigger and i think my muscles are loking a little firmer, hope this isnt placebo or anything, only time will tell!!!
 
Im gonna have to try out that glute excercise!

I hope its not placebo either man, i feel hard as a rock lately. Solid workout man! Ur working really hard, respect!

today wasan "off" day that really wasn't....did cardio and abs, and actually really stretched out for once which was nice, then had a killer night at work, nonstop for 6.5 hours moving calories only around 2600-2700........ was a "burn" day, def. achieved that today, hopefully it wasnt too much a deficit, back to 3600 tomorrow with 400 g carb!!!! hopefully ill remember to take soem pics of my epic meals haha
 
ive been able to get sleep these last few days and it feels great! sleep has. def improved. My legs are sitll ore from my workouta few days ago but i relaly put a beating on them im not suprised.

Today was a chest/tri workout - i think im gonna go back to my old split of chest/tri, back/bi, houlder, legs, and arms might get thrown in if I feel like it.

the whole workout was extremely focused. Normally i tend to lose focus tward the end but not at all today felt liek i just started.

I feel Intimidate really shines when you dont necessarily get a full 8 hours. It makes me feel more rested than I really am = better quality sleep :)

i usually eat right before bed and intimidate i supposed to be taken right before bed so i do not take it on an empty tomach....maybe if itook it like 30 min before that meal?

Agreed! Working great on my sleep-deprived nights of grading lots of papers, can't wait to see what happens in a couple weeks when school's out! I usually flip my night and day switches and get 10-12 hours sleep a night during summer. Curious to see how Intimidate will affect that pattern!
 
Love that split myself.. hitting arms twice a week
going by that split tomorrow should be an arms day but i have to take off wed and I would rather hae a day off after legs than arms so i will be trianing leg tomorrow!!!!
 
I hear ya on that one.. I typically have a day off after legs as well. I just started my log if you wanna check it out.. Invalid Link Removed .. my Intimade / Rev 2 log starts mid July.. its Phase 2!!

hey guys, dont really hae the time to write out the whole workout for today, hit shoulders pretty hard, adn did a few ab things, abs felt good. Tomorrow will be legs as long as they arent tired becaue i did do alot of bike riding today. If for ome reason im not feeling it I will do arms, and wed. will be an off day..........leep was good again lat night, very tired right now, its been a long day, goodnight!
 
glad to see the sleep is great, probably one of the best aspects of Intimidate. I usually on get about 5 hours but when I'm on intimidate it feels like 8 or so. enjoying this log so far

I think if i could get some samples out to people it would pick up quick considering every iForce product i have tried i have enjoyed whether it be Hemavol, Maximize, Intimidate or Reversitol. :)

yea, im switching up between a cuple pre wrkout i have but i usuall ymix them toether belie it or not lol, but yet was jut 2 scoops of craze, I also sip n it throughout the workout to keep me goin

thats some good stuff haha....my quds seriously are siltl so sore its incredible....i haventbeen being very nice to them though, ive ben doin alot of bie riding s they probably are not recovering well....sleep was very good again last night, tomrorow will be my first complete off day in a very long time lol, i will be dirving a 3 hour drive there and back tomorrow for my cousins bday party, so a pretty lazy day, cals will probably be pretty low.........

quick note on diet, still 3600 xcept the last two days ive been extra active so i pumped it up to 3800 but honetly today i dotn think that was enough......... becoming a fan of ben and jerrys ice cream too lol, soo bad for you but so many flavors i wanna try lol, jsut finshed up one called what a cluster , look it up, soooo good..............whats everyones favorite ben and jerry's flavor???

quick little update on teh product....sleep has been efficient id say,nothing amazing but i alo tend to get some crazy dreams which some nights i dont like cuz it gets my mind racing but other its ok.............libido wise im not gonna lie, not noticing much, but with my tetosterone issues, i guess im not too suprised, strength is slowly increasing, im notcing getting an extra rep or two on different exercises......ive been trying to keep my exercises the same each workout so i can really gauge strength gain which i usually dont do cuz i like to do a different things, keep the muscles guessing.

chest/tris/ some shoulders

band bench 4 sets 6-8

rev band incline bench- 4 set 10-12

dips - only 10 lb 4 sets 10-12 then 5 negatives with a 45lb plate

decline fly 3 set 12-15

decline smith bench 4 sets 10-12 with a drop

lateral raises ss DB press 4 sets with a doubledrop on presses on last set
