Final Review: Millenium Sport Joint Mechanic Plus

Background:

I was going through some Shoulder and Elbow pain. I also had some creeping joints overall. @MySTeek was kind enough to send me a bottle of the Joint Mechanic Plus and I offered to log this and give me review.

Look and Feel:
The supplement bottle is an obvious selling point for a lot of supplement companies and MS has done a great job. Even the capsules are not cheap gelatine ones. He opted for high quality veg capsules.

Effectiveness:
I used it for a month and found great relief from my shoulder and elbow pain and very less joint creeks. My lifts were pain free and also improved quite a bit in my strength even though I was on a cut.

Price:
A month serving of Joint Mechanic Plus is prices at $35, which I think is expensive though I vouch for their great formula. However, with a discount code (sometimes even 50%), it’s definitely a great value.

Thank you again for sending this to me without even expecting a review from me.
Glad you dug it, man!

I just changed my diet. Workouts are different almost every other day. I used to look forward to gym time before and now I see my self taking my a$$ to gym. The gym I go to doesn’t have a lot of equipments, but, just the basics.

My recovery has been pretty good with these. Plus, I get a good 6-7hrs sleep. I just add a protein shake here and there to maintain my protein intake.

I like the idea of a casein shake before bed, every once in a while I will buy a tub, but I never follow through with the shake ??

I am not regular either. Yesterday my last meal was a bit short of 40gms protein. So, added 1/2scoop.

Pre-workout:
Resurgence BCAA 1scoop, 2gms Taurine, 1/2scoop OL Reign, Creatine 3gms, Halo Elite 6caps, Cannibal Claw 3caps

Gym Time:
181786

Post Workout:

Same as yesterday.

Note:
I miss Joint Mechanic Plus. My knee joints have started to creek and making noises again. No pain. But, it was nice to have no cracking and noises from my knee for a month.

I was totally winded today. I think it was the Reign. Since my stim usage has gone from 400-500mg to probably 75-100gm (coffee), it just makes my workout pretty tiring after a while.

No decline in strength so far.

Next week goals:
Deadlift: 3x body weight
Squats: 2.5x body weight
Bench: 1.5x body weight (yeah.. my bench is pretty week)

I'm currently running Animal Flex powder. Hoping to see some joint improvements. Got to be honest though, I think I'd prefer the packs. Taste isn't bad, but stuff stains orange pretty good.

Animal Products are great. I have 5 bottles of Flexitril and 1 of BSL Orthobolic. But, forgot to get them from my base location and not sure when will I go back. Are you logging it in your workout log?

I bought into the deal because a lot of people like it and have great reviews on it. One thing to add to Flexitril is Curcumin and it’s complete.

Starting weight: 77.8Kgs
Current Weight: 73.5Kgs
Weight Loss: 4.3Kgs

Now, my only hope is I haven’t lost any muscle. Eating at least 140-150gms of protein a day with carb loading post workout. Still haven’t checked my stats. Need to take some pics. It’s overdue.

Thank You, HGP. Keeping my diet as clean as possible. Glycogen for sure. I added fibre supplement to my diet. should have known with only protein and one carb meal is a one way road to terrible constipation. Lol. My a$$hole has been on fire since the last week.

Since you lost weight, keeping a clean diet gets tricky. Just by upping protein to say 200gr/d, you could easily overshoot daily calorie requirements. That is the reason I do some water fast days per month.
What do you think?

200gms would be too much to take in and a waste of protein. I am trying to keep everything optimal so that nothing gets stored as excess glycogen.. what is a water day fast going to do? I have not done fasting in my entire life.. lol

Look it up, too much info on water fast. I really recommend it, its not only a challenge -but the benefits are tremendous, especially for bodybuilding (super compensation afterward).

Absolutely.. will do some reading and decide.. 👍
Mind over matter.
Most importantly, it will show you that you DON'T lose any muscles. The fear everyone has when forgetting to take their creatine.

I have decided to fast for 1day and see how it goes. Next week, I start my 1 day fast.
Going to have water, juices, multi vitamin, bone broth and some electrolytes.. What do you think? If I feel good, I will extend the fast to 2-3days more.

Nah... Fast is fast. No juice, no bone broth. Water, minerals, black coffee -or tea. ZERO calories. If you add some calories, its called starving.

In a manual for fasting, I read, one should in fact take these if it’s your first fasting. Also to add electrolytes because you will lose a lot while drinking water and piss

It was written by some doctor.. with a lot of tips. What to do and not to do.. lol
:) Hahaha! Let me guess what not to do:
-eating (well, eating is allowed -but not swallowing)
-drinking something with calories in it
-enema with something that has calories
--do not run around with your mouth open, you could swallow a fly
here what to do:
-not eating

No diet coke or any crap like that.. that's zero calorie and they don't allow it.. o_O No exercise

Copy Paste from the reading
  • Not allowed: Diet Coke or Coke Zero or any other zero-calorie crap like that.
  • Allowed: Water flavored with coffee, tea, lime, any fruit infusion you can dream up, some apple cider vinegar, or sea salts; bone broth; multivitamins

The diet coke thing... the first 3 days I can go without, after that I got the urge for taste, not food but taste. Here the zero calorie fruit esters are a lifesaver. Not using coke but those pouches with instant fruit juice and zero calories. Not in excess, just when the taste cravings hit. The sodium (saltwater) is only drinkable with a bit of lemon juice, I tell you that.

I am definitely not going to drink salt water. That would make me throw up for sure. Fook that shyte! I never used to drink diet coke when I was eating proper. Now, with all these restrictions, I drink diet coke at least 2x a week. But, I am in.. Coming Monday, my current program gets over and I will take a break from gym for 3-4days. I will fast during this time.

Final Review on Chaos and Pain Cannibal Claw

Background:

I started my cut almost 3 months ago and introduced Cannibal Claw from the 2nd month. I was consistently losing weight even before taking this supplement. This is my 2nd cut and I haven’t used any fat burners before. So, there isn’t a baseline to compare.

About Cannibal Claw

This is a thyroid stimulating fat burner. So, you really wouldn’t feel the sweat like other stim based product. The dosage is individual body weight dependent. As per the brand, the product stimulates your thyroid (T2) to expend more energy from your body and Uplift mood.

My Experience

The only reason for using a non-stim fat burner was I didn’t need a high stim product to sweat my balls off. I could use a PRE just for that purpose.
I had 2 bottles of Cannibal Claw for 2 months use. I recommend playing around with the dosage a bit to see if you feel anything from the supplement. My dosage protocol: 3caps in the AM before breakfast and 3caps PM Pre-workout. This means the product will finish in 1month instead of 2 months.
I did lose weight. But, as mentioned before, I was steadily losing weight anyway. Did Cannibal Claw helped accelerate my fat loss?: I Don’t Think So. Why?: I have steadily lost about 300-400gms of weight/week before using and while using this supplement.

Price

This is not a cheap fat burner at $40 a piece. However, if you want to give it a whirl, there are always some massive discounts CnP comes out with. Be on the look out for those.

Any reason you taking it Pre-bed? I always found it beneficial to take Joint Supps before my workouts. No like a Pre-workout thing. But, first thing in the AM with breakfast.
Purely convenience and that I take a ton of other morning drinks that I dont want to mix flavors with. But I haven't been entirely consistent pre bed either, so I may move to earlier in the day.

Quite disappointed today. It was my 1rep Max day and I failed in all. Don't know what went wrong. If I had consumed some carbs, would it have helped to lift better? I was hydrated well and my meals were on time as usual.

Going to give it another try 2 day later and see.

Nah, don't blame carbs, unless you haven't had enough the previous days when replenishing glycogen after workouts.
I know those sudden shitty days. I attribute it to CNS problems, mainly stress.
