Note:
I miss Joint Mechanic Plus. My knee joints have started to creek and making noises again. No pain. But, it was nice to have no cracking and noises from my knee for a month.
I was totally winded today. I think it was the Reign. Since my stim usage has gone from 400-500mg to probably 75-100gm (coffee), it just makes my workout pretty tiring after a while.
No decline in strength so far.
Next week goals:
Deadlift: 3x body weight
Squats: 2.5x body weight
Bench: 1.5x body weight (yeah.. my bench is pretty week)
