Today

Gym time
Just didn’t have that ON feeling even before getting into the gym. Adding to that the gym I went to had a very uneven floor. Bench, incline dumbbell and all the free weight benches we’re not planted in the ground properly. Just effd up my entire workout. Did a half azz workout with mediocre pump.

YES! It will help tremendously! Also: On "on-days" carbs only after gym! Has an impact on how you look immediately.

You grow on rest days. More protein is a good idea.

I drink on rest days.. lol. And today is my rest day.

I see two options here
1) Increase protein on all workout days as a replacement for carbs and just do 1 carb meal (40-50gms) post workout
2) Keep protein the same as it is now for all the meals and have one large carb (100-125gms) + protein meal post workout.

Obviously no carbs on rest days.

Not much growing is going on on off days if you drink, unless you are Russian. :)

Nah.. it’s just 2 pints of beer or a 60ml Bourbon. My body doesn’t take alcohol very easily anymore. And the next day is a Sh1t show. So, I just limit to this.

Option 2 it is. Thanks HGP.

60ml of bourbon? LOL! Does that even get your tongue moist? I'm a bourbon fan too! But more like 600ml, the least.

LOL.. Just to get the taste and a feeling that I am not sacrificing too much in life for building a body.. Plus, I am not huge as you're. The max I can take now without throwing up all over is about 300ml of bourbon. That is a also a small stretch.. hahaha

Silly question ???

Why Not Just Don't Drink ??

I can.. but, why should I.. I didn’t take a sip for almost 7months and I thought, why shoukd I sacrifice just the 1bottle of beer or a bourbon a week

It has been my observation that the views of alcohol are very different for someone who has had some sort of a problem with it and stopped, and someone who has never had a true problem. My Dad doesn't understand my relationship with alcohol, that I enjoy it but I don't need it, or ever crave it. That I can throw a beer away half way through the bottle because the person I was drinking a beer with left or I just decided I didn't want it any more. Those things were foreign ideas to him. The only option was to abstain if he wanted to avoid the negative side of alcohol. They have experienced a lot of negative things based off of alcohol and associate it as negative and something to be avoided. It is pretty much a necessary change in mindset to stay sober. So that mindset is most likely why the suggestion was made.

Not trying to speak for Rocket here by the way... just having a discussion based on the current convo.

I totally get what Rocket is trying to say. My dad is an alcoholic. He just got discharged from the hospital because he hit rick bottom with negative sides. Uric Acid, Buldged liver, kidneys not functioning proper..
I am just like you when it comes to alcohol. I can stop when I want and it doesn’t bother me.

Ha! That is ME! I'm a "social alcoholic". I only drink if others drink. I don't even have any alcohol at home, not even beer. For me its part when socializing and relaxing while doing so. Besides, my best ideas -and businesses were thought up while drinking. :)
I understand others who treat alcohol like the devil. For most it has a destructive/addictive potential.

So how are you liking that Cannibal Claw? I'm planning to start it up next week

I drafted a review on Cannibal but decided not to pin it. Until I can assess my BMR change, the review won’t be complete. That said, I didn’t feel any differently while I am on Cannibal. Sense of well-being, wakefulness etc.. nada.. I am losing weight. But, not sure if I can attribute it to Cannibal Claw since I have been losing weight even before I started with it. If my BMR elevates, I would be extremely happy. That would mean the supp works.

My customers don’t even talk business in office. Every major deal we close is outside, with a drink in hand.

I thought so !!

Man you beat me too it, as soon as I saw that I went to quote it then saw you already did it.
You fuker!! (Just said that to myself)
So first all deals are done with a dick in the hand, now from the last two posts we know it was your dick in your hand... and that you get upset with yourself when you cum on your feet...

With all of that I am guessing you went to The Louis CK school of business...

We sure have learned a lot about you today!

And you to put that all together, didn’t you.

All right, you old ball sacks. Today’s workout

Starting to get better at sumo squat. Did it all and bench was 95kgs for the same reps and sets except the last set for 4reps.
T-bar row was not the what I am used to. So, that’s the puzzy weight I could do.

HGP- as suggested, went with no carbs till workout and did a high carb meal for dinner post workout with Glycolog. Let’s see how I feel tomorrow. Calories are still under control.

Starting weight: 77.8kgs
Current weight: 74.6kgs
Weight Loss: 3.2kgs

Yesterday was a fun meal day: Burgers, Fries and Pizza..

After all my natty supplements get over, I am definitely considering a starter DHEA cycle. Tired of gaining weight with fat while bulking and losing weight without much muscle gain while cutting. **** the hormones, I am going to be 33 very soon.

I am supposed to be sticking to natty just now but keep getting the itch to add something back in. I'm thinking rad140. Maybe at 10mg per day. There will be three camps of people, the "sarms don't do sh1t" camp, the "sarms work but not at that dosage" camp and then if I get results the "your not being natty anymore of course you got results" camp. If I go down that route then I will change the title of my thread (or if that's not possible then stop it altogether). For the time being though I will stay the natty route. I'm going away next week for a caravan holiday with the family so it's not the time to start something new just now anyway. I'll invest in some more bsl snake oil for at least the next month and see what happens.

How tall are you btw?

Interested to see where you both take this.

Lol sorry, it wasn't a hijack I was just relating to your itch to try something.

hahaha.. nah man.. It's fine.. I didn't get the whole SARMs thing.. but, I got your point of the itch.. lol

Why'd you ask about my height? Height to weight ratio?

It will take me awhile to start any hormonal product. Now, I just can't afford to just completely focus on myself since my son is with me almost every hour of the day (except gym time).

Just saw your post on Wobmarvel's thread. We 3 are probably are on the same boat.. I just have an extra bonus of my boy not going to a daycare and my wife isn't with us for another 6 months more.

I went as low as 76 kg and was skinny as hell, I'm 6 foot. I basically had a "I'm gonna see my abs" midlife crisis. With a post workout pump I kinda looked like a jacked marshal artist but with clothes on or first thing in the morning I just looked like a very thin guy. Got more "God damn" responses from my wife looking like that than I have ever had when I was bigger though.

Wow, I cant imagine doing this parenting thing solo. Both me and my wife know how lucky we are to be involved together. I marvel at parents who can do it alone for one reason or another.

I get that, had mine at 30, lol. Was about 160 at the time and barely visible abs (closest I've ever gotten). I'm now over 180, so it's been a while!

I don’t have a problem if my 6pack doesn’t show up like a fitness model.. but yes, the fat has to go. At 6ft 76kgs, you must have really looked chiseled. For me, I am already a midget and if I lose too much weight, I just don’t want to look like a child with muscles.. lol

Today I was back at my old gym. I just gave it all I had in the gym today. Zero carb in my body and a brutal workout. I just scrapped through the last set of Deadlift with 6 reps. Summer cut is coming along great! Quads are losing some fat and definition is coming into picture now.

5'7" is no midget. I'm 5'8" and never felt small.

These two pictures are 4months apart. Left one is today and right one on Dec 1st 2018. Both right after a leg workout. I am really happy that my legs are definitely growing while losing fat.

Legs look solid. I'm still pretty thin but legs are my weakest point.

Thanks man! My legs were skinny too. But, once I started to train them right, they blew up more than my upper body. My only advice is; Start slow and pick up the pace gradually. But, do it.

5' 5" 194lbs this morning I don't feel short or small.
