no i was actually pretty skinny up until sophomore year of high school. not skinny fat or unathletic, very lean with a good body type, just not a big guy. 6'2 180

started working out after lacrosse my soph year at 190lbs and put on 40lbs over the summer with no gear or supplements. my workout routine was (get this) EVERY muscle group EVERY other day. my genetic limit is between 240-245.

my long term goals? cant really say at this point. the only things limiting my progress right now are time management and money. when i have those things....280lbs 6% bodyfat at my first competition. if it ever happens.

looking good, but makes me depressed.. that 275lbs goal i had just went up if your 6'2 and look like that. Thats about the size I would like to end up at and I'm 6'7" so it looks like I have to shoot for over 300lbs now... good lord.

Ahhh, pumped pics don't count. Hell, I hardly look like the same person when I'm pumped. I go from pee wee to usher, yo.
