Looking for something new or different than Joint Help. Took it for 3 months didnt really notice anything out of it honestly. So wondering if theres something better but I heard SNS Cissus-XT is really good. Not sure how many caps is the maximum intake.

Thanks AM'ers

I love Invalid Link Removed. You should start off with the regular dosage of 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM. I've been taking 8 a day, but I'm old and everything creeks and cracks on me. So you could take that much but I bet you wouldn't have to. I believe it's still on sale at Nutraplanet for $24.99 a bottle. Nutraplanet website says 2 available in the link I posted.

Cissus-XT is awesome, used it while I was playing ball and it really helped with the aches in my knees and ankles

Cissus has the best anecdotal feedback by far. I've used it myself it's the only one I ever felt anything from.

I know that the guys over at Formutech came out with a product called Flexible a few months ago .... I think it was even logged a few times on this site as well. However from what I recall it was a mix of already well documented joint support supps .... Glucosamine, MSM, Chondroiten, Cissus, Turmeric, etc....
Personally I have had good results (even while on an Epi cycle) with a mix of high quality fish oil and Turmeric. Now I am also a big Curry fan so much of my turmeric came in that form and I supplemented with turmeric caps as needed....
Often times the importance of a balance of all the major vitamins and nutrients is overlooked as a possible solution to joint issues .... remember that these things work synergisticly in our bodies. A deficit of one or two of the essential nutrients or vitamins can contribute to a host of health issues .... joint problems being one of them. So ... IMO it is best to make sure the basics are covered before you go looking for another cure .... if you are not already doing so I would highly recommend a daily multivitamin that is formulated for the active/bodybuilding lifestyle ..... ACTIVE MULTI by FINAFLEX would cover all your bases .... and it has a joint support complex in it as well ;) Check it out .... Invalid Link Removed

I really like cissus xt. Ax joint restore also worked really well for me. I would vouch for both of them. Can't go wrong with either. Invalid Link Removed

Btw. Save your sns labels if you go that route :)

I'll 2nd Tk's recommendation. It's what I take now and I'm going on 52.

Just curious, what about Super Cissus? It actually has 100mg more. Haven't used it in a year or so...

I've been using it for years and it's always been very effective.

If I were to purchase a single ingredient for joint pain, I would definitely go with cissus.

For a more complete formula including cissus, Achilles is a great choice and what I use year-round. I'm surprised you didn't have much success with Joint Help; I have never used Joint Help personally but most people seem to like it a lot.

I have heard good things about Achilles too. Will have to give it a shot soon

Sns labels...Afi knows what's up!
I recently just took a break from CissusXt from nearly using it 2 years straight, cruised on just 2-3 caps/day for maintenance the last 4-5 months...one of my joints best friends...

Best joint product I have ever used is Osteo-Sport. 4-5 caps first thing and you're set for the day.

Cissus xt works. Nuff said

Thanks for the recommendations! SNS' 5% Cissus XT has consistently received positive feedback over competitors higher %

Cant go wrong with Cissus XT!

is the new Achilles out? (the version 2.0)

I'll get cissus xt and possibly stack it with a Laxogenin, 5a-Hydroxy product like str3ngth as I hear most say it helped them with tendon relief.

In terms of the dosing would 8 a day be more than enough?

Yeah, the new version has been available for a long time. Some stores may still be showing the old writeup/nutrition facts but I think it would be very difficult to find anywhere that actually has stock of the old version.

It is hit and miss with individuals, but have you EFA's and adding them to your daily mix? I have found they have been beneficial for joints.

So I made up my plan... Will be taking the Cissus XT route.. I'll take 6-8 caps ED. I am also considering "Laxogenin, 5a-Hydroxy" if anyone can elaborate.

I like Joyful Joints by VL. It has a bunch of good ingredients but the one that stands out to me is Hyaluronic Acid, it is a very powerful joint lubrication and protection ingredient.

Can super cissus heal sciatic nerve? Im positive on sciatica and its so bothered me.

Nah, if you have sciatica then you have a structural issue in your back that's irritating the nerve (there is a small chance its a muscle too tightly wrapped around the nerve but its usually spine related).

Don't mess with sciatica, I had it, fought through it, eventually blew 2 discs then had it so bad I couldn't walk and didn't lift for 18 months.

If possible, get an MRI and find out for sure what's happening in there...tell the doctor that your in severe pain and you foot is weak (even if it isn't) and they should schedule an MRI.

Yeah, sciatica is no joke. While Super Cissus has been a lifesaver for my joints; unfortunately, it can't help my sciatic nerve pain.

Ok thanks guys, my doc told me that im positive in sciatica. He dont gibe me advice for mri.he only gave me a rehab session and some muscle relaxant but i find it so long to recover its been almost 2months.

That detmastr3ngth is healing my joints like never before! I also do super cissus. My knees have never been better. Not sure about sciatica sorry.

3g of Cissus per day, 4g of fish oil, and Voltaren Gel. Trust me you'll be good to go after that.

If not they are some peptides that I can truly help you out.

Cissus never really did much for me. I currently use Allmax's Allflex, which has UC-II (undenatured type II collagen), which has shown significant improvement in multiple clinical trials. This is a patented ingredient that's not found in most joint formulas, so if you're looking for something different, this might be for you.

I also have used and like Universal's jointment sport.

What percent cissus did you use? That has an impact on it's function in the body.

SNS Cissus-XT is the way to go and it's better than Primaforce and USPLABS for joint pain and I've tried them all and
Cissus-XT has been my staple for the past two years and I've posted a couple of reviews on it because people need to
know about this amazing supplement.
