Day 35 off
My stomach is finally feeling empty, and i dont feel like stomach acid is boiling in it 24/7 lol. My weight is still around 202lbs and I've decided to hit my 210lb mark. Heres my shopping list for tomorrow.
10lbs boneless chicken breast
10 cans of tuna
3 things of creamy peanut butter
2 bags of bagels
3 things of cream cheese
2 boxes instant peaches and cream outmeal
My ideal diet for week 6 will be:
Breakfast- 2 packs of oatmeal + banana +24g whey in water
1pm 50 grams whey isolate + 75g waxymaize in water
2pm 2 tablespoons peanut butter
3pm 8oz chicken + bagel + 3 eggs
4pm 2 tablespoons peanut butter
5pm 8oz chicken + bagel + 3 eggs
7-9pm dinner#1
10:30-11pm dinner#2
12am 1/2 cup cottage cheese + 24g whey in milk + 2 tablespoons olive oil
tomorrow im gonna hit 245lb max on bench, there is no "trying"
Side note: adding close to 30lbs in 5 weeks is quite taxing lol. My joints ache from time to time and i sweat 10x more than ever. Getting comfortable is also hard when it comes to sleeping and showering. My hands fall asleep a lot more often now because of the size i've added, and my arms are so heavy they always feel like they need to be supported by something (like when im trying to sleep on my side) definitely a new experience for me, but i think its due to how fast i gained the weight, not just having the weight in general. Im definitely loving my first cycle and have no regrets, although i always feel like i could push a little more. Will definitely be buying a bottle of Turinabol for this time next year
