Any shutdown? Sides?

If anything i feel a little lazy, thats all. No loss of libido or anything, still able to "function" in all aspects. Had a few minor headaches maybe once or twice a week while on cycle, nothing major, and a little testicular sensitivity for a few minutes maybe 4 times in 6 weeks. Nothing that would make me not want to run again in the future.
 
How can I keep the gains dry on this? Deff cannot afford to put more than 10lbs on.

I was bulking, so i was taking in roughly 60-100 carbs each meal, 6 or more times each day for 6 weeks. Dont let my weight gain scare you lol, i was taking in a ****load of carbs pre bed as well. If you eat clean but keep the carbs less than you would while bulking, you will gain 8-10lbs and lose 1.5-2.5 % bodyfat from what i've seen.
 
Im liking the new back. That is where I see the most difference. I see change all over but def in the back. A little pudge was added to the belly but not bad considering all the weight u put on. Great job.

Thanks everyone for the comments, im naturally small waisted so when i cut my V taper is gonna look ridiculous. Ill be logging my pct in a new thread once my sponsored bottle of testopro gets here, and of course will be putting up after pictures again.
 
Make sure you do your homework first.
I've researched quite a bit and have concluded that the first run on any PH should include a complete stack like the Turinabol stack. They have engineered it with all angles covered. Moat other supplement companies I have found don't do their homework. If you have read the info on their site regaring the Turinabol Stack you will see what I am talking about. All the information is verifiable. I am preloading on the Liver Juice now. I have tried other compunds before but never to this degree of preparation.

Dosed ASgt at two scoops pre workout. Had my heart going thats for sure lol. Hit 1rm on the bench 255lbs.

I am starting a lean bulk cycle the first week in may with Turinabol LV, CEL's cycle assist, Muscle Marinade(PWO), VPX powershock (during workout), monster maize & myofusion(post/recovery), and CEL formestane(to keep the gains dry)... I am saving the Suppress-C along with some tamox for PCT. Any objections/suggestions to the line up?

Sorry to flood this thread with replys...But I cannot PM you yet due to my newbie status... Are you going with the dermacrine LV or topical? I think im gonna load up with that also since its on sale...Would u use the dermacrine and turinabol LVs together?

I have scoliosis and this does effect my shoulders pretty badly. I've never been a very strong lifter, but consider myself a bodybuilder in the way i train, and make sure my muscles are broken down properly to grow bigger. The worst body part effected would be chest. I will max out next week just to see where i'm at, then again the last week of the cycle to give my opinions on the strength building capabilities of Turinabol.

Just ordered the turinabol and dermacrine, cannot wait to train with this stuff... I am maxing out on the pull up bar at 14 reps right now...I hope to push myself to 20 pull ups by week 3... If my experience is anything like Jherms, I think I may be running a perfect Physical Fitness Test score by late may/early june. One last question before I begin my log next monday(I swear this is the last one!!!) - Jherm, did you store the Turinabol in the fridge? Ive been told to keep the derm in the fridge, jw if the turinabol should stay cool to ensure quality.

honestly kept my turinabol in my laptop case 24hrs for 6 weeks. So basically cool at night, warm in my car for 2 hrs while i workout, then room temp all day. Keep the questions coming if you have any, i dont mind :thumbsup:

Everyone planning on using the oral turinabol...I just received some info regarding dosing... According to an experienced BB form the UK, when using tbol in the oral form...You should dose 4 times a day because oral tbol is only active in the blood for 4-6 hrs...Dosing every 6 hrs would enable consistant anabolism throughout the day. So JW if any of you guys have heard this before or could debunk this as false info.
 
You might be confused. You are getting information regarding the AAS oral turinabol. The PP turinabol is an Hdrol clone. No one doses that frequently, we get great results dosing the way Jherm did. No need to overthink this particular question.

It was seriously bc I lifted at the facking fitness center and not the gym. Plus these damn crossfitters were just sitting there waiting for the squat rack(since there is only 1). It was sad bc I showed them how to do a front squat. Last week was the 1st time I had done them in forever. Perfect example of y crossfit is bs.

Please learn how to do them right bc they looked like dumbasses. I am not a fan of these particular crossfitters either but I was way beyond nice helping them. It would be best to find someone at ur gym them right so they can actually watch ur form.

yup, my buddy called one of his bros over to show us, my knees are def hit from my cycle.

Gotta ask man, why is this a perfect example of why Crossfit is BS? That sounds to me like the same kind of logic that when flipped would say that BB is BS because you have guys who do chest on Monday and don't know what to do if equipment is taken. They are unable to adjust. Maybe they don't have the knowledge. Or the guy who doesn't know how to do a movement right and hurts himself. No matter where you go you will always find people who do not know what they are doing. They are a product of themselves or other individuals, not the product of the system.

Your not only driving up your Heart Rate, but your maxing your Blood Pressure as well!!!
Cross Fit is not by any means safe for the novice.

Ok I am conditioned to dislike people who do Crossfit. I dont like it when one idiot is teaching another idiot how about that? What I see as Crossfit is a bunch of people with limited experience lifting trying to do stuff they have never done before beyond max effort. When I watch people do Crossfit I see breakdown in form to get X number of reps and damn it gets worse when I see them trying to beat the clock.

When I am surround by people who hopefully do the system wrong then I am not going to like it. If I moved somewhere else with a decent Crossit gym I might try it out. U also have to keep into context that I HATE the fitness center with a passion.

Ok since Im already pissing off anyone who likes Crossfit I will name 2 other things. One old man was taking up 6 things of equipment while doing Crossfit. This same group who were doing front squats decides the best place to do squatting medicine ball throws up into the air is next to the squat rack while Im doing squats.

I do completely agree there are people who do things wrong in all facets of fitness I just happen to come across a few too many crossfitters who rub me the wrong way. Now that I think about it I should have tried a crossfit style of workout(I think he said it was a Navy workout or might have actually been Crossfit).

I just wanted to vent after being annoyed with a bunch of different things at the time not all stemming from that incident.

I trained cardio for 1 year in order to train while revving my HR.
I do run 3 miles to the gym and then work out as intensely but with very light weight, its great for cutting. But you must have the heart strength and lung capacity first.

Day 35 off

My stomach is finally feeling empty, and i dont feel like stomach acid is boiling in it 24/7 lol. My weight is still around 202lbs and I've decided to hit my 210lb mark. Heres my shopping list for tomorrow.

10lbs boneless chicken breast
10 cans of tuna
3 things of creamy peanut butter
2 bags of bagels
3 things of cream cheese
2 boxes instant peaches and cream outmeal

My ideal diet for week 6 will be:

Breakfast- 2 packs of oatmeal + banana +24g whey in water
1pm 50 grams whey isolate + 75g waxymaize in water
2pm 2 tablespoons peanut butter
3pm 8oz chicken + bagel + 3 eggs
4pm 2 tablespoons peanut butter
5pm 8oz chicken + bagel + 3 eggs
7-9pm dinner#1
10:30-11pm dinner#2
12am 1/2 cup cottage cheese + 24g whey in milk + 2 tablespoons olive oil

tomorrow im gonna hit 245lb max on bench, there is no "trying"

Side note: adding close to 30lbs in 5 weeks is quite taxing lol. My joints ache from time to time and i sweat 10x more than ever. Getting comfortable is also hard when it comes to sleeping and showering. My hands fall asleep a lot more often now because of the size i've added, and my arms are so heavy they always feel like they need to be supported by something (like when im trying to sleep on my side) definitely a new experience for me, but i think its due to how fast i gained the weight, not just having the weight in general. Im definitely loving my first cycle and have no regrets, although i always feel like i could push a little more. Will definitely be buying a bottle of Turinabol for this time next year

logs looking good buddy,i would often sleep on my side in a cross handed position.holding on to the heads of both shoulders.that works pretty well when its uncomfortable..as for the sleeping hands,try pumping your fist.it gets the blood flowing faster.and i think its def. due to the rapid gain in size...I.M.O!

anyone drink alcohol while on cycle? i'm 14 days in w/o drinking. I have noticed, internally, I feel alot better. physically of course, its still hard to gauge, but I don't have to do tons of cardio to work off the 20 beers I would drink in a weekend, lol.
 
Lol try greek yogurt plus protein to make a pudding like substance. I like using chocolate Myofusion personally.

Not sure if you guys have tried this for a change-up pre sleep snack:

2-scoops Scivation chocolate protein powder + 2 Tbsp of natural organice PB + about 1/3 cup of water (got to play with the water part, the more you put the soupier it gets; the less = more pudding like) and stir with a metal spoon really hard and it's like the best mixture ever.

Sht is ADDICTIVE, can't believe how good it is.
