\\\ Join The Ultimate-T Party NOW /// Where Do YOU Stand?

No spandex if you're a man.

All gyms should have bands and chains. Bands have a ton of prehab uses and can be substituted when machines are full and chains are awesome coming off an injury. And just awesome.

Nothing worse than being in the locker room and hearing people singing at the top of their lungs in the shower. Quite annoying, leave it for your house.

Woman who dress for the gym in spandex but hate when men look...then come dressed like a nun, problem solved.

lol some awesome/funny posts in here

Not an entry but...I'd like some A/C in my gym!! Air conditioning needs to be in gyms nation wide

and kabuki should come into this thread

No thongs allowed! (Wait, whut!)

Women in Spandex going Camo? Now that is a good rule to implement :)

Correcting someone on diet or training advice whenever you see it. I know a lot of us may be guilty of doing it or hearing broscience run rampant, but sometimes it is better to bite our tongues and smile and turn our headphones up. A lot of misinformation or bad squatting, bench pressing etc happens on a daily basis. Just let the people listen to their trainers or continue to perform in their ways even if you have given them advice before and it goes in one ear and out the other.

Everyone should be open to advice or criticism but some people are stuck in their ways.

I try to remind myself of this a lot - you can't save em all, and people tend to have their own way of doing things anyway that you maybe haven't even considered. Good point!

All gyms should be equipped with Duffin's Shoulderoks, along with a designated area to swing them without fear of people getting too close!

All gyms will be required to supply properly sized towels that actually fit over the entire bench.

All gyms should have employees who clean the bathrooms and sweep/mop the gym. Nothing is worse than going into a dirty gym, and not seeing it maintained properly. Instead of having the gym workers stand behind the counter and do nothing.

All gyms should have a walker for those training legs who need help getting around the gym or out to their car. Ideally, it will include tennis balls as well as a cup holder and chalk bag hook.

Keep them coming... winners will be announced soon!

All gyms will employ nutrition experts to teach those that are "nutritionally challenged" and think McDonalds salads are their reward for gym use.

All gym's should have more liable options at their juice bar. Most do not offer much, or offer much protein bar wise. Some selections are awful and only to one or two brands.

All gyms should have "membership" plans that allow you to buy an unlimited # of bottles of water for a flat monthly fee (yeah, dreaming).

Gym's should have a sign when bad weather comes (winter) to bring new shoes or a change of shoes. Nobody wants show or dirt all over the gym floor when they are training.

I just wish a gym would be open on Christmas... Is it that much to ask? Gotta get anabolic before a christmas festivity.
I usually find myself at the movie theater as the food is being cooked (slow cooked) to pass the time.

Mine is! 24 hrs 7 days. usually first 12 on holidays

Here in NZ monthly gym memberships generally range from $48-100 but they all come equipped with so many of the things you guys have on your wish list lol.

I guess if you pay next to zero gym fees then you get next to zero

I pay $50 for an actual gym and an LA fitness (Sauna, indoor heated pool, smoking babes) combined.

My actual gym is relatively small, but is a well equipped gym. Two stories, cardio up top and weights down stairs. Rubber/Cement DB, Iron DB, six bench presses, 3-4 dual cable areas, 10 decline-incline benches, three preacher curl areas... And everyone there is pretty serious about working out.

Only thing I don't like is it doesn't have a sauna or pool, hence the LA fitness membership.

Memberships to better suit visitors who work out of area or live out of area, better yet transitioning but selling home and stuck commuting.

membership prices should be reduced if you suggest or find people to join the gym (referral program) or have a discount of some sort towards juicer bar, drinks, or other accessories in the gym you can buy (Clothing) due to marketing or helping the gym find more people to join.

All gyms should have sanitary wipes in addition to toilet paper, or a bidet (the water jets to clean yourself in Europe). Not much worse than taking preWO, thinking you're good, driving to gym and realizing you need to pit stop before you start lifting. Nobody wants to smell your swamp a$$ when you start heating up.

So cool! Thank you! This was a fun promo!

Congrats

Awesome, thanks so much for this! I'm hoping the USPLabs tee is gonna have me rowing 455 like Duffin soon!

And they make up the primary portion of my wardrobe.

Amen, brother. I have 4 and rock them both in the gym and out.

By "primary", you mean the upper part of your wardrobe right?

Well, the one shirt IS red.

Winnie the Pooh style FTW! Except I get my head stuck in a protein tub instead of a honey pot lol.

Picked up 2 bottles of UT & let me just say it's awesome! Stacking it w/ PM.

I basically stopped at a Vitamin Shop in my hometown and found an entire stash of USPLABS products including AP/Compound20 I found the PMagic at a GNC in another city and saved it. I put together the goodies and its on, for my return. Post semi pro injury. Living in one town and working in another. Stopping at places in between.
