Saw just a bit ago. Huge loss for the BB community. One of the best guys in the industry for sure, and not just for his personality but knowledge as well

This program was built right after the 2013 Master’s Nationals. And John designed this to once again challenge his physical limits therefore YOURS, and to also add in some twists to the basic structure of the typical MD set up.
One of the differences you will see with this program is the inclusion of occlusion/blood flow restriction training. John has tinkered with this training technique for years, and scientific data continues to mount as its effectiveness.
The Training Split can be set up like this, but is open to modification:
Monday – Legs (heavy)
Tuesday – Chest/Shoulders (heavy)
Wednesday – Back (heavy)
Thursday – Legs (optional)
Friday – Chest/Shoulders (optional)
Saturday – Arms
Sunday – Back (optional)
This program will ramp up in volume as you go along, and your body adapts to this training style! So have plenty of Granite Recovery on hand, get your mind right and let’s attack this program as if John is right there in the trenches with us!
 
Isn’t this one an older one that had already been released in the past? I have the old version of the Honey Badger already. Wonder if it’s the same program.

After comparing the splits it looks like it’s the same program.

Okay but I believe the updates to the programs have not been done at the time John. I guess somebody from his team is updating them.

I don't think they would release that via public. But Honey Badger does have a lot of different techniques, rep/set changes, new exercises, and various other small changes from the OG program. They are taking the old programs and upgrading them for the better IMO
 
A lot can be gained from just watching his YouTube videos, and incorporating that with your own stuff.

I think Chris Edmonds is still works for the business he has been a part in all the stuff coming out. He writes the diets and training. He also coaches and has his own YouTube channel Chris Edmonds TV check him out.
