Seems like no one likes lunges lol. I like Bulgarian split squats... any thoughts as to whether these would hit the quads similarly?

I've never done them but I imagine they would be the same you just have the support of the bench for one foot and you may go a bit deeper with these then you could with normal lunges

I actually think lunges are harder because with the Bulgarians you can take some of the weight off your front leg by pushing the back one harder into the pad/step. With a lunge, you're almost forced to lean forward more because of the angles

Mmmm so who would like me to run Cerberus for 8 weeks not just 4 or would anyone like to seem me transition this cycle into another compound ? Open to suggestions and opinions!
 
I will put in and say join me on a 60 day Cerberus run. But that's me being selfish

Being as though most of these DHEA-based compounds are recommended to be run @ a minimum of 6 weeks and preferably 8, I would say plenty of people would be anxious to see how you continue to respond and feel for a full 8 week cycle.

My vote is 8 weeks for Cerberus.
 
I'll second that. After speaking with the good folks over at Sparta Nutrition (CS was excellent btw - fast and receptive) I think that as soon as week 4 ends you're gonna really wanna run it for another 4! Dive in Bro DiMaggio!

Back and bis and I was loving it , tried out some samples of our preworkout coming soon . Gave me some awesome focus and the pumps were so good I had to cut down on the bicep volume . Shout out to yates84 for today's back workout inspiration . Really got a good back pump goin with the stiff arm pull downs .

Strength is still goin up , sitting steady at 200 , been hungry as hell too. Nice pump and focus , everything's goin smooooth

Day 11

Strength is still just climbing , I'm loving the 19 nor dhea ! Leg extensions and sumo's where awesome. I was able to really get some good form since the weight moved easier then I expected on those . I've been getting complimented that my waist looks tighter but I'm no where defined haha . Lgd seemed to really harden me up give me a good recomp effect . I still seem to be holding just a slight bit of water . I'm thinking of possibly running winny for 4 weeks after my 8 weeks of Cerberus to harden me up and then after start reverse dieting to get shreddedddd. No negative sides to report yet ! Mood and libido still good and I'm still always hungry haha.

Just keep watchin! And since my friend had wanted to start goin to the gym with me its definitely helping push me to keep adding weight to my workouts and weight on the scale.

Dma378 had a huge steak last night. he might be looking flabby lol
 
the 19 nor should help the joints and strength for sure. Like I said I experienced a lot of recomp out of it which was a bit of a surprise when I used it solo. One thing I will say it's pretty much impossible to lose mass using it. You can make gains is a pretty serious deficit.
 
Day 12

Holy back pumps , batman ! Pumps were so intense today it was hard to lift like I would have preferred . Gonna buy some bulk taurine online since I've been procrastinating on that . Biceps also swelled up like balloons the pump was so strong . Regardless I loved the session and I'm starting to see everything get bigger and bigger , my arms , back and thighs/quads especially
