So ended up not doing legs last night as I got a giant splinter in my foot , but after pulling it out and a days rest my foot could manage . Really played with the weight today on leg extensions and was able to crank out some big weight apart from my usual routine . Quads feel nice n pumped up . Looking forward to a nice sleep with the mk. Will do upper power tomorrow and hopefully be hitting close to 225 on bench.

Haha it's all good but legitimately it wasn't a splinter that goes under the skin , this was like a tooth pick going straight up into my heel.

Well yesterday and today I've felt like crap , run down and sorta sick . Also finished my second vial of test today . Get home from work at 9 , gonna drink some mesomorph and hit the gym then gonna cook a steak , grub then ptfo. Been having allot of delays for our releases at Sparta that are out of our control but we're trying our best to get everything to the public ASAP. Hopping to end this cycle at a solid 200-205 . Last night I had some sleep issues kept waking up every hour so hopefully that will change tonight.
 
Tonight's workout sucked I'm pissed off and disappointed. Felt weak and just crappy . Gonna move past it and do better next power day .

It happens man! I know there was plenty of times on cycle I would do worse in the gym than times off cycle and I would really beat myself up over it.

I think a lot of times I would make huge increases in weight or reps one week, and then the next week or two I wouldn't and I would get annoyed, when really that one week I increased weight more than I ever would off cycle.

If that makes sense.. lol and then again that may just be my experience.

Yeah I look back and my numbers have gone way up and I know it's just a bad day not a bad cycle , hard to keep things in perspective sometimes but I won't let it beat me up too bad.

Gyms been going good , I've been so busy with work and life though that I haven't had time to post my numbers . Working on my third vial of test and have an extra half vial so I may up the dosage last 4 weeks or so. Epiandro is defiantly hardening me up , I'm noticing decrease in fat storage mainly around my abdomen . It's coming on the end of week 9 of my cycle . Still loving the cycle even though I had a disappointing session earlier in the week , the days after where much better in and out of the gym. Getting off work late tonight so will post numbers from tonight's workout. Will work on back and shoulders hypertrophy .
 
Nice pump tonight , love when my delts and traps pop from a nice workout . Noticing increased vascularity aswell on a daily basis . Gonna go check out some cars tomorrow as I'm due for a new ride . Can't wait to see how I look in comparison by the end of this run. Sleeps still great , recovery and strength is still going up . Hunger is still up as well .

Today marks day 70 aka start of week 10 . Just saw our new product labels for our version 2's of our Spartans PH's and the combos look awesome . Chest and arms tonight . Really gonna focus on time under tension and each set till failure . Also got a new car today a gift for getting into nursing school , 08 civic with just 30,000 miles and all it needed was new tires ( had my buddy at the mechanic shop check it out for me) also I feel like I look bigger when someone else takes photos of me haha Invalid Link Removed
