Sorry for he delays again , been filling out info for scholarships and grants/student aid over the weekend , and tending to some other responsibilities aswell. Gonna do upper power today and test my 1rm on bench and DL, tomorrow will test out 1rm on squats
 
Another delay last night , weather was super bad to the point my gym closed for the remainder of the night . Gonna have to delay till tonight
 
Boom ! New pr for my 1 rm on traditional deadlift! Felt good as hell and almost didn't make it but I pushed through and dug deep . Also since the test has started to clear out of my body I'm noticing I'm defiantly hardening up nicely with the drop in water weight . I weighted in tonight at 194 . All the gains I've made are now showing themselves it seems , reminds me of a sculptor turning marble into a statue . Decided to just do deadlifts and focus on back and shoulder hypertrophy same weight as last week but focus more on form and time under tension.gonna save bench and squat for tomorrow since my roommate will be spotting me . Also have started Epicurus our epi- product . Mk in conjunction with Epicurus should work very nicely at keeping my strength up .

I remembered my last 1rm was around 315-325 so I somewhat knew my boundaries . Felt really good . From the start I thought I wasn't gonna make it and I just kicked it in high gear and pulled through

After these two workouts I continued with leg hypertophy with the same numbers as last week. Over all this was hands down the best cycle I have ever experienced. Between the change in routine , the strength increases and overall mass and look , it was something I can't explain nor can I compare it too. I'm happy with the gains I've made with a good jump in weight on all of my workouts. However I'm ready to get back to normal and take a needed break . I started in at 185 and now sit at 194 so a final gain of 9 pounds. I also see in the mirror a noticeable decrease in body fat around my waist . I also am extremely vascular still. Some final pics
